Relax in this open, airy condo with breathtaking oceanfront views! The fully stocked kitchen includes plenty of counter space & breakfast bar. King Bed in Master Bedroom, 2 Doubles in Guest Room, 1 twin in Den and BRAND NEW February 2025 1 Queen sleep sofa & lounge chair in the living room. Every bedroom has it's own TV, condo has central AC, a stacked washer/dryer. Purchased new living room sleep sofa, chair and bar stools in 2026. New carpeting, new HVAC, new oven & microwave in 2024.
The Registration Fee, $80 payable 4/4 - 10/17, includes parking for two vehicles. The fee for extra vehicles is $20 a day or $80.00 per week. 24-hour Security, Indoor Pool (heated), Dry-heat Sauna, Hot Tub, Outdoor Pool (heated) both have kiddie pools. Wi-fi paid by owner.
