9800 Coastal Highway, Ocean City #704 NO PETS, NO SMOKING. NEW OWNERS WITH LONG & FOSTER! We are very excited to have this stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bath with semi-enclosed den in our program. The adorable den has a twin day bed and is separated from the kitchen by a pocket door with a TV mounted on the wall. Great for teenagers! Entering into the open concept floorplan, you will be greeted by a truly amazing kitchen with beautiful granite countertops and an island with seating for four. Both drip and Keurig coffeemakers are available for your breakfast beverages. The design of this condo is remarkable and so warm and beautiful. The balcony furniture seating is high enough that it allows your view of the ocean to be perfect. Plenty of room at the dining table for a feast or a fast game of UNO. On the wall in the living room is the biggest TV ever - seriously. Chip and Joanna would love this condo! You must have this condo to make your summer vacation complete. This one will go fast, so book soon! Maximum Occupancy is 7.

EASY CHECK-IN, OFFICE ON-SITE! The Registration Fee, $80 payable 4/4 - 10/17, includes parking for two vehicles.
