This owner operated Pet Friendly property is perfect for your family vacation or off season long weekend.

Our Oceanfront two-bedroom, two-bath condominium is located in a small, ten-unit, oceanfront building on 74th Street in Ocean City, MD. The two assigned parking spaces are just steps from the elevator and stairway which will take you to our third floor pet friendly clean unit.

Breathtaking views of the ocean can be seen from the large balcony. Very comfortable and elegant furnishings will be found throughout the condominium. One bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and Smart T.V. The second bedroom has twin over twin-size bunkbed and a queen bed and a full bathroom . The second bathroom comes complete with a washer and dryer for your convenience. The newly furnished living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa, Smart TV and much more. No need to haul linens, this unit is equipped with all bed linens and bath towels for family vacations ! The full kitchen has all the equipment to prepare your gourmet meals or to reheat leftovers from all the five-star restaurants and eateries in Ocean City.

This is not the normal Ocean City rental, during the summer months we rent Friday to Friday with check-in time after 3 PM, we have now started to allow some three night vacations during the summer. Check the calendar for availability . No need to wait in long lines at rental offices, you will receive a code for the front door to let yourself in. As owners of this home we take pride in the appearance and cleanliness of the unit. Please notify us of any special needs prior to check in and we will gladly accommodate to the best of our abilities.

We offer this unit for year round vacations. Offseason we will allow 3 night stays. Most of the summer months are full weekly rentals with a few weeks allowing 3 nights stays. Check our calendar for availability . Pet fee for your weekly vacation will be $265.00. If you are booking for less then a week ask for an adjustment. Please check our calendar for availability. We fill up quickly due to a high volume of repeat renters. Please give us a call or email with any questions.

When looking at rates please keep in mind that the owners will not be adding any administration or booking fee.

We will NOT consider High School Senior Week rentals.

We booked a very last minute beach trip for our family, including our three year old daughter and senior dog, and this condo was a lovely place to stay. It was very clean, the view and beach access were amazing, and the host was very responsive and accommodating!

Great view. Had everything you need as far as cooking utensils, but do need to pick up any seasonings or sugar for coffee. The property has salt and pepper. There is an elevator if you need it to get luggage upstairs.

We had an amazing time in Ocean City at this beautiful condo on the water! The location was convenient to all points north (Fenwick Island, Bethany Beach, etc.) and south (the Boardwalk, etc.), the views were spectacular, and every amenity was available to make our stay everything we had hoped for.

Nice, clean condo with a great location

Nicely decorated and very clean condo especially for a pet friendly unit. Great location. Supplied sheets and towels was very helpful with packing. My only negative comment is the 10am checkout time is too early. 11am would be much better and more consistent with other rentals.

Great spot for OC getaway with family and dog

Fantastic oceanfront, dog-friendly property. We parked at the unit and walked to dining, entertainment, ice cream throughout the weekend. Our dog enjoyed it the most being right on the beach during the dog-accessible time of year.

Conveniently located in midtown Ocean City, MD. The ocean view is more expansive than the photos show. Condo is well equipped, clean, and comfortable. Linens are high quality and beds are very comfortable. Very quiet during off season.

Comfortable, great view and great owners!

Anything you need is in this condo. We cooked one night and using clean, functional pots, pans and utensils was a welcome change from other places in which we have stayed. Very clean unit and the view is spectacular. Ocean to your left and the bay to your right! We had a few questions for the owners and they responded quickly. Can’t wait to go back.

5 stars. Wonderful Location

This is a great condo. Perfect location, nice view and proximity to activities. There is easy parking and you can walk to the beach. The owner provides some basic essentials, which was helpful—I didn’t have to buy hand soap or detergent. Bring your own beach supplies like chairs/umbrellas. I would definitely come back. BTW, be sure to go to the crepe breakfast place Bayside Skillet. Get there early. Yum.

Great place right on the ocean

A nice condo in a great location. Just over the dunes is the ocean! Restaurants were close by. The condo was comfortable for 2 couples to stay without feeling cramped and the outside deck is great -- you can see the sunrise on the ocean and the sunset on the inlet. We have stayed here before and will definitely be coming back!

Perfect location!!

We were so happy with this property! The beach was steps away....the balcony was huge and allowed both sunrise and sunset views. It's close enough to the Boardwalk to get there in 10 minutes...but far enough that it is quiet and peaceful. We couldnt be happier with our stay. The communication with the owner was great. Bayside Skillet being so close was a bonus!! Thank you for such a great vacation.
