The Islander Villas Community is on the west end of the island which has a much wider beach and is less crowded than the upper end. The Islander Villas community has a very nice ocean front pool club with pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, outdoor tiki bar all on the ocean front as well as 4 community tennis courts.
Ocean Isle Beach is a south facing barrier island with 7 miles of beach on the Atlantic Ocean, located 12 miles south of the NC/SC border. Ocean Isle Beach is a much quieter and less crowded island than areas like Myrtle Beach, etc. The beach is spectacular and is very wide and clean with a nice gentle slope. The island has a fishing pier, arcade, surf shops, restaurants, museum, ice cream parlor, mini golf course, bicycle, jet ski, kayak, boat and golf cart rentals. The backside of the island has quiet protected water great for kayaking.

The unit is located on the west end of Ocean Isle and is only a short walk to the beach. Every room has its own TV. Kids room with the bunk beds. High-speed internet included. Master Bedroom has King-size Bed with walk-in closet. Additional bedroom with Queen bed. Relaxing den with an over abundance of windows that give excellent views of man-made lagoon and partial ocean views. Back deck with relaxing furniture perfect for reading or napping. Restaurants close by but kitchen is fully equipped with oversized kitchen table to meet any cooking need. Beach equipment in downstairs closet includes a beach umbrella, boogie boards, chairs, bocci balls. For those who want a break from the sand the islander beach club with oceanfront pool, hot tub, and tiki bar is available for guests. The Islander Villas is located on the prestigious west end of Ocean Isle. It is nestled between Wilmington and Myrtle Beach. The area is a haven for golfers with over 25 championship golf courses in the area North Carolina. Myrtle offers diverse shopping including Chandler's Wharf, Barefoot Landing, and Broadway at the Beach for those bargain shoppers there are multiple outlet shopping opportunities. Myrtle beach also offers the Pavilion with kid's rides and multiple mini golf courses. Historic Wilmington offers shopping offshore fishing charters, and tours of the USS NC Battleship Memorial. Whatever you need whether it be activities or just relaxing our Islander Villa is sure to provide a trip to remember.

Perfect Beach Rental

This was our second year staying at this property and we will be staying again next year. The unit itself was very clean and just the right size for our group. It is well appointed with everything you need , including plenty of beach chairs and toys. Cliff is such a pleasure to work with and communicates very well. I highly recommend staying here!

Great stay

Ideal beach condo. Clean and ideally furnished for family use. Elevator and house layout made it easy for my elderly mother to be with us. Not beachfront, but close walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful condo; plenty of space. Short walk to beach. Only issue was the long walk to the pool. In the heatwave, too far to walk to pool and only paid parking available.Cliff was a great host. Everyone enjoyed the pond in back of condo with ducks, turtles and heron.

Great place to stay

The accommodations were perfect for our family of 10. The unit was clean, well equipped, and an easy walk to the beach. Ample parking for our three cars. Basketball courts and tennis courts close to the unit. Host was very responsive. The weather was a little overcast and cooler, but that’s to be expected at the end of May into early June. We still got many good beach days in.

Quiet and Peaceful

Very convenient place to stay. Very nicely furnished. Easy walk to beach. Would recommend this unit. We didn’t utilize the outdoor closet with the extra chairs and such but when we opened the door the closet was just a bunch of stuff thrown into it and in a pile and was a foul odor. We were hoping to store our chairs we had brought in it, but did not. Otherwise everything was as listed. Having a fridge with an ice maker and filtered water was a huge benefit.

Great place for large families!

PROS: This unit was much larger than the pictures made it appear which was an exciting surprise! We also had additional members of our family stay at the same time in the unit next door. We shared the whole patio and that was awesome for our family. There was plenty of seating and great views of the water (which has lots of turtles in it, so cool to see!). The beach was a very short walk (just across the street) and you have access to the Islander Villas pool club. Cliff, the owner, was very attentive via text before, during, and after our stay and we felt he was easily accessible. The unit has every amenity you need and the HUGE kitchen table is amazing for family meals! It seats at least 8. Lastly, there are nice beach chairs, toys, and boogie boards in the beach closet, which I appreciated because I didn't have room to bring those things along in our car. THINGS TO KNOW: The Islander Villas Pool is about a 7-10 min walk depending on who is walking with you :). You can also drive, which we found was easiest. It did limit our pool time though, so if you're a big pool family, you might consider something closer. And any alcohol you would like to consume at the pool you have to purchase there. Again, totally ok but just something to be prepared for! There is beach access right off the pool too so you could always make a day of it and go back and forth.

Great condo

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. We had our family there with children. Plenty of room. Very clean. We rented a golf cart which made it perfect driving to the pool and beach. Very quiet at night which was nice with little ones sleeping. Owner was very nice and responded right away when I had a question. We would definitely go back.

Weather was hot and humid but still caught a nice breeze even tho we were on the first floor. The place was clean, furniture in good condition. Family enjoyed their stay. I came home early because I got a cold. Would like to stay there again.

Cliff was fantastic to work with — wonderful communication and helpful guides every step of the way. It’s a great condo; we all loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The comfortable rockers and the constant ocean breeze made the back porch our favorite place to hang out together in the evenings!

Great family vacation spot

My family of nine people thoroughly enjoyed our Ocean Isle vacation. The condo was plenty of room for nine adults and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, especially the rocking chairs on the deck! We had an issue with one of the toilets that was addressed in less than 24 hours of letting the manager know. I would definitely recommend this as a place for anyone’s vacation.
