Waterway and ocean views. Only 250 yards to the Atlantic Ocean directly across from the beach access. Community pool included.
2nd floor walk up unit. Fully supplied and equipped kitchen. 2 queens and 1 king bed plus a sleeper sofa. furnished deck with water views.

Located on the west end of the island which has a much wider beach and is less crowded than the upper end. Community pool.
Ocean Isle Beach is a south facing barrier island with 7 miles of beach on the Atlantic Ocean, located 12 miles south of the NC/SC border. Ocean Isle Beach is a much quieter and less crowded island than areas like Myrtle Beach, etc. The beach is spectacular and is very wide and clean with a nice gentle slope. The island has a fishing pier, arcade, surf shops, restaurants, museum, ice cream parlor, mini golf course, bicycle, jet ski, kayak, boat and golf cart rentals. The backside of the island has quiet protected water great for kayaking.

Our only problem was seeing roaches. Nasty! Also the stairs were a bit challenging for people in their late sixties. Otherwise a wonderful trip. Lots of wildlife to see. Of course loved the ocean. The condo was well equipped.

It was fantastic. From the moment of making the reservation, Cliff was so attentive. The home was immaculate and has the perfect location We we’re there the week after Christmas and there were 2 trees and an abundance of holiday decorations. My family would not consider staying anywhere else when we go to visit our friends who just moved to OIB.

Excellent Experience

From contract to checkout, the owner was quick to respond; helpful and kind. Everything in the unit was thoughtful and suited to meet the needs of any guest. The storage closet has a grill, tools, beach toys, chairs, an umbrella, and a wagon for easy transport to the beach. The sunset is spectacular, the neighbors are friendly, and the complex is quiet. Perfect place to relax and unplug.

Excellent location, Quiet complex, Close to Ocean!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. I love the location - short walk to the beach, quiet complex, pool and causeway access just steps away. The pool was great and provided a much needed break from the ocean. The front and back decks were so relaxing, especially seeing the deer come out each night! A variety of birds were abundant in and around the causeway. Just an all around great location. Felt very safe and everyone we encountered at the complex was very friendly. Kitchen was well stocked as was the closet downstairs with sand toys, a very nice umbrella, wagon and other beach items. Condo was very clean, only small amount of dog hair noticed on bed comforters, which is understandable due to the condo being dog friendly. But very clean with beautiful decor throughout! Welcome gifts left by the owner were such a nice touch! Would highly recommend this condo!

The perfect spot.

Awesome place. Awesome location. Absolutely beautiful condo. I could say a lot about this place. But simply put, you will not be disappointed. We will be back time and time again. We love Ocean Isle. And this place made us love even more. Communication with owner was spot on. Super easy check in and always answered any question we had.

Great vacation!

We stayed for a few days during our Spring break and it was perfect! Very clean, perfect size for the three of us, great views of the Intercoastal (actually a creek off of the Intercoastal), amazing sunsets, and nice distant views of the ocean from the back porch. We had a kayak, and it was only 20 steps to the launch, and a short 1.5 block walk to the beach. We also had access to the lower storage unit for paddles and boogie boards. I can only come up with one improvement: better chef's knives (none of them could handle chopping up a butternut squash). Everything else in the fully equipped kitchen was top notch! Thanks for a great vacation.

Beautiful place with beautiful views

A really lovely condo. Comfortable and well equipped. I loved the decor. It is just a short walk to the beach. There is front and back deck seating with a close channel view and more a distant view of the ocean. It was very quiet during our stay (late March). One thing, you must be able to do lots of stairs. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome Property

This was the second time I’ve stayed at this property. Great location and awesome views. Kitchen was well appointed and easy to cook in. I could live on the back deck! Recommend a nice glass of wine and get comfortable for an incredible sunset! I plan to stay here again!

Great winter break getaway

Highly recommend this unit. The views were outstanding along with location so close to the ocean. Our family walked the beach every morning and evening. The unit is furnished very nicely (love the beach vibes) and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was also very well stocked. We actually extended our stay an extra day just take advantage of the great weather. The owners were amazing- so appreciate the extra holiday touches they provided to make our stay extra special. We will definitely be back.
