OIB Lovin’ Life - Steps From The Beach

OIB Lovin’ Life – Catch rays from the beautiful open deck upstairs or enjoy shady, relaxing days on the ocean-facing covered deck. Our home is steps from the beach. Picture your days going from our outdoor pool to the ocean and back again. Our home is on the desirable west end of the island. The main floor offers a spacious open living room and kitchen floor plan ideal for family to gather. Dine together comfortably at our dining room table which seats ten and wide kitchen bar which seats six.

Five bedrooms and five full bathrooms can accommodate your family members. Two bedrooms (each with two beds) are on the main floor as well as two bathrooms. Ideal for family/friends to have privacy. The upstairs has three bedrooms (king in one, two doubles in the other two). All linens and towels are provided for your convenience. Each bedroom has a smart TV with Roku.

Amenities include a private pool, enclosed hot and cold outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, iron/ironing board, all cookware, high chair, two booster seats, porta-crib, DVD player, ceiling fans, and secure Wi-Fi. The newly remodeled kitchen has all stainless steel appliances.

Another fine stay at OIB Lovin’ Life! Our friends loved the location and how well furnished and well equipped this lovely home was. Never underestimate how nice it is to already have linens on the beds and TP and soap in the bathrooms when you arrive at the beach! Larry is such a kind and gracious host and his pride in ownership of this home shows in all of the details, large and small. Hope to book again! Thank you, Larry!

Great house and host

Access to the house was easy. House is well-maintained, well- stocked, and well-equipped. There wasnt anything we needed that tbe house didnt have. We lost the internet connection at one point and the host came over within an hour and fixed it. We definitely recommend this house!

Fantastic Stay!

Loved our stay in this home and already booked it again for next year. The house is a great size and fit for our family. Communication with Larry, the owner, was superb. Beach memories 2024

Enjoyed our 2nd year renting this home. Homeowners are excellent to work with. The house is a perfect fit for our family. We love the front porch where we spent all of our evenings. Easy walk to the beach and a beautiful refreshing pool. We will definitely rent again when returning to OIB!

Fantastic

We rented this house to facilitate a ladies yoga vacation getaway. There were 8 of us between the ages of 55 and 80. The home was spectacular, immaculately clean and well appointed. The host was amazing, super accommodating, and accessible. The nearby beach access was literally 1 min walk away. We did yoga at the beach, on the upper deck and on the porch. There was plenty of space inside for all our other activities, including discussion groups and art work. The pool was lovely and we had one Soundbath around the pool and one on the upper deck. This host incidentally was one of the few who allowed unrelated groups to stay in his home and he truly went above and beyond to make sure our event was a success. We are extremely grateful to our host Larry and his wife for making this beautiful venue available to us.

Amazing stay and location, besides false advertising

My stay was great!! So close to beach and amazing property even nicer than the pictures show. More place than I thought very clean. The only thing is there was no hot tub as listed, the outdoor shower did not work, and the hot water only lasted about 2 people to shower each day which is rough when there is 15 of us. Other than that I would come back!!!

Fantastic Girls Trip

The OIB Lovin" Life house was perfect for our girls' trip. We enjoyed hanging at the pool and relaxing on the front porches. It is really close to the beach access for daily beach walks. The house was clean and well maintained. The communication with the owner was always quick and easy.

Great week vacation with family

The property was exactly as listed. Plenty of room for the 14 adults. Beach was right across the street but spent most of the time in the pool. A short walk to ice cream, restaurants and mini golf. Quick trip over the bridge to more restaurants and Publix. Already planning another trip!!!

We had such a wonderful day at Larry’s beach house. Another parent and I co-chaperoned beach week for our high school graduates, and the house was everything we needed and more. Truly, the pictures do not do the home justice. The house was immaculate when we got there, the kitchen is probably the best-stocked kitchen I’ve ever seen! We tried to come up with a kitchen tool that he didn’t have, and we failed. The location is great, walking distance to putt putt, shops, and restaurants but far enough away that once you’re at the house, you’re completely away from the crowd. Beach access was easy peasy, and the pool was a great afternoon respite. Larry was super responsive whenever I had a question, and when we realized the grill was out of propane, he was there within 10 minutes.

Beach trip 2023

OIB Lovin’ Life was the best vacation home for our family. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. The beach chair wagon was much appreciated. The pool was clean and very inviting after a day at the beach. Our favorite place to be was the huge front deck. We started our day off drinking coffee and ended each day together rocking and enjoying the view and each other. The Wright’s were a pleasure to work with and we thank them for opening their home to us. They were quick to respond to any question we had. We are already looking forward to planning our trip for next year!

Girl’s Weekend at OIB

We truly enjoyed our stay at OIB Lovin Life. We had a group of 11 ladies for our Annual Girl’s Weekend and felt right at home. The house is welcoming and in the perfect spot so we can enjoy OIB. It is updated, beautiful and clean. The owner is quick to communicate with us each time we have stayed here. We will stay here again!
