Very convenient location directly across from beach access. Large front porch catches prevailing breezes. 3 bd, 2 ba with full kitchen and dining room. TV area separate from private gathering room. Cable TV in living room and master bedroom and WIFI with Netflix and Roku TV. Washer and dryer. Parking under housefor 3 vehicles with plenty of additional room in back yard. Back area for boat storage. Sleeps 6. PET FRIENDLY with non refundable deposit. Must bring own linens and towels. Full kitchen with paper goods also supplied including paper towels, plates, toilet paper, tissues, etc. Some ocean view from front porch. Family oriented design fully furnished...Living area can be closed off from the rest of the house. Ping pong table, corn hole, Bocci Ball, Foosball, 8 cool bicycles including two youth bikes, plenty of chairs, umbrellas and lots of fun! Rock on the front porch and listen to the gulls and surf....come and relax!

For one thing this place was just perfect for us and our furbabygirl. Beach access is easy and very close. The owner was very responsive, hospitable and extremely accommodating!!! My hubby & I were married at OI Inn 9 years ago and come back to celebrate our anniversary annually. I believe we have found out perfect place!!! Thank u Dean for allowing us the opportunity to call ur place home for a few days. It was awesome!!!.

Felt like home!

Had a great week at OIB checking in and out was very easy and convenient and couldn’t ask for a better host the house was clean and comfortable and felt like home it’s a great location being so close to the beach access and all it also has a well stocked kitchen which was a plus since we ate in most of the week all in all we had a great time and made some good memories. Thanks Dean
 hope you’ll have us back in the future.

Cozy cottage, steps from the ocean!

This was our second stay at Sea Jade. We loved being right across from the beach & the cottage is cute and cozy! It’s family-friendly and we also loved being able to bring our dog. The host is super nice!

We had a wonderful family vacation at Ocean Isle Beach! This is a really nice location, right across from the beach. The house is perfect for a family with children! Very relaxing. Everything you need to prepare meals is there. We really enjoyed the gated off deck area with our 2 year old granddaughter! The house has so many cool pictures and the kitchen table, countertops, etc, are all so original. Very cool! It felt like we were staying at a family member's beach house, with the games, vhs tapes of classic movies, comfortable furniture that you aren't worried about your kids messing up, lol. Perfect. We hope to be back!

Wonderful place and location

Cozy, clean comfortable. Something for everybody. Like staying at your favorite aunts house. Cute touches. Porch is a wonderful gathering place. Pet friendly but be mindful about local laws for dogs on beach. Everything you need for a memorable vacation. Bikes, fishing gear, beach chairs, fully appointed kitchen, board games, nice TVs.Convenient to local places. The host is very nice and responsive. This was our 3rd summer stay here. Plan to go back. Everything was just right. When relaxing on porch you can hear the ocean. Beach is just right across the street. The beach access is right there. There’s a gate on the porch to keep your dog in

Cozy, comfortable, & pet friendly

This is a great beach house, especially for a pet family. The house is cozy. The porch can be closed off to sit with your doggos and enjoy the ocean air. There is an outdoor shower, a hose, and chairs, boards, & toys for you to use. The beach access is across the street. It's the best!

Loved it!

My husband and I were in town for the weekend for a graduation. We didn’t want to break the bank since we would be busy but also wanted to work in some beach time. This house was a perfect fit. You have to cross the street but are right at the public access. There are a lot of stairs over the dune so it would be quite a job to lug a lot of beach equipment or a cart if you have children but definitely doable. We were very pleased with the house. It was very clean and exactly as represented in the listing. I definitely recommend.

Great location

House was perfect for a 3 night stay with my young family and dog. Host was very communicative, the house was clean, and the location could not have been better. It was great to be so close to the beach with littles and to be able to put them to bed and have a drink on the gated porch where the dog could hang with us. Would absolutely stay again.

Amazing Spring Break trip!!

This cottage was exactly as described. Super cute, clean, comfortable beds, super dog friendly, communicative owner, and close proximity to the beach!!! Our family loved it and plan to return next year.

Perfect beach getaway with our pugs

This house is absolutely fantastic. The location is directly across the street from a public access, so getting to the beach is so easy. Very well, equipped kitchen, and we cook a lot, so that doesn’t often happen with VRBO‘s. Furniture, while a bit dated, is comfortable and clean. For summer getaways, Dean has lots of beach equipment and games. I would definitely recommend this house!
