Beautiful Home, Great Location!

We loved everything about this beautiful home. We couldn’t ask for a better place to enjoy our vacation. Just a short walk to the beach as well. Close enough to be able to see and hear the ocean.

Other reviewers said they didn’t want to leave; I completely relate. It’s immaculate, spacious, steps from the beach. It’s a quiet, well-kept neighborhood. I appreciated the elevator and shaded deck with a lovely breeze. We used the beach chairs and umbrellas.We are looking into a repeat visit.

“Priceless” was fabulous!

Such a beautiful beach house literally 1 minute to the beach. The home is the perfect place for a large family with all the amenities you need. The neighbor is very nice as well. We will be back next year!

This condo exceeded our expectations! It was so spacious and nice. The kitchen had everything we needed plus some. The location was great, just a short walk to beach access. The deck was so big...it was our favorite spot to drink coffee and eat meals. Bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry room were also perfect. This place truly felt like home...a little too much because we didn't want to leave!

This is our 4 th year staying at priceless and we absolutely love it. Great location to the beach!! The owner is wonderful and so is the condo. The condo has so much to keep my grandchildren Occupied!! We are already booked for 2020.

Our stay here was wonderful. The villa itself was nicely decorated and very clean. The porch was really nice as it had rocking chairs and a very nice table that seated 6 people so we could have meals outside which was great! The beach access is really close which was great. Kitchen is well stocked with anything you may need. Owners were easy to contact, quick to respond and provided great information about the villa as well as things to do in the area, places to eat, etc. Would definitely stay here again!

“Priceless” is the perfect name!

The online pictures do not display the beauty of this rental. Clean and equipped with everything one needs for a relaxing beach trip! Communication with the owner so any questions were quickly answered. We hope to rent again!

Oceanview Villa

We spent a week at Chris and Bryan's villa in August of both 2010 and 2011. We were very happy with the accommodations and glad that we could bring our cairns with us. The owners closet beneath the unit has everything you might need for a week at the beach. We especially enjoy sitting on the covered deck and watching the ocean with our family, friends and pets.
