WINTER SPECIALS! Oceanfront Condo, Sleeps 4, Close to Everything!

This Ocean Front condo underwent a complete kitchen and bathroom renovation in 2019 and has all new paint and decor as of January 2023! The white, all wood cabinetry and the quartz countertops brighten up the condo! There is also ample storage in the pantry with pull out drawers. And all kitchen appliances are new as of 2018. We updated to a tankless water heater in 2019 so there is no fear of running out of hot water. It also allows for lots of storage in the bathroom.

It is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities of home. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning on your private deck with a fantastic ocean and pier view. This unit also has a terrific view of the pool and is very close to the beach access. And because OIB faces south you can enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset on the private deck. Staying at OC110 over July 4th also offers you a front row seat to the fireworks display that takes place at the pier next door.

The master suite features a queen bed with foam topper and a whirlpool tub with ceramic tile surround. There is a bunk nook that is perfect for the kids. Please remember that sheets and towels are not provided. There is beautiful tile throughout the living room, kitchen and bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer in the unit. Within walking distance to restaurants, pier, arcade, mini-golf, playground, museum and shops. Outdoor concerts within walking distance on Friday evenings from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Non-smoking and no pets allowed.

The place is the perfect location. I would highlight somewhere that sheets and towels are not provided or give a number where you can rent. For a quick weekend, bringing your own stuff is too much.

The condo is as presented in the description. For this stay it was just myself and my wife. For a couple with two young children this could be the perfect spot because it overlooks the pool, which was relatively quiet. The unit was clean, although we thought the shower could be cleaner. You do have to bring your own sheets and towels, which is a hassle but is in the description. Extra items are not provided- no coffee pods, no paper towels. Be aware there is a unit above this one and the sound insulation is poor. So we loudly heard footsteps and conversation, which was annoying. You can easily walk into town; good location. Communication with the host was excellent and check-in and check-out were no problem.

Perfect location/condo for a small family.

This is our second stay in OIB and in this condo. Perfect oceanfront location. Condo is perfect for a small family. Area is very family friendly and condo is in walking distance to beach shops, restaurants and ice cream.

Gem of a Place

This will be our "go to" at Ocean Isle from now on. The condo was perfect for the two of us and would be great for someone with a couple of small children because of the built in bunk beds. The owner has thought of everything for convenience. It is centrally located with a couple of good restaurants within easy walking distance.
