The Montague on Magnolia is a newly renovated home nestled in the heart of downtown Ocean Springs. Just steps from the Mary C. O’Keefe Cultural Arts Center and Government Street, it offers effortless access to the town’s best shopping, dining, and entertainment. Tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, this retreat provides the perfect blend of relaxation and proximity to all that downtown Ocean Springs has to offer. For added convenience and fun, a golf cart is available to rent ($175 a day) right at the property, making it easy to explore the area.

☞ We do not offer refunds or date changes for personal or weather-related events outside of our control, including hurricanes, road closures, flooding, snowstorms, severe weather, natural disasters, or similar events. Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance to protect their trip.

Downtown is easy walking distance! For added convenience and fun, a golf cart is available to rent right at the property ($175 a day), making it easy to explore everything the area has to offer. The circle driveway makes it easy for multiple vehicles (and golf carts) to come and go.

Enjoy peace of mind with sanitized bedding between every stay. This smoke-free home features a non-recording noise monitor to comply with the City of Ocean Springs noise ordinance and two outdoor cameras monitoring the driveway and back patio. Guests can control the air within recommended settings, while the smart thermostat helps maintain a consistent indoor temperature. Early check-in or late checkout is available for $50/hr, up to 4 hours, based on availability. A signed rental agreement is required. Up to 2 pets are welcome with a signed rental agreement and $175 pet fee, and pets must be added to the reservation. Occupancy is limited to 8 guests, and any additional occupants require prior approval. Parking is limited to 5 vehicles in the driveway. A golf cart is also available to rent through our golf cart partner ($175 a day). Special events may be allowed with prior approval, a paid $500 event fee, and a signed special event addendum.
