As soon as you step onto the WRAP AROUND FRONT PORCH and through the double doors you'll feel relaxed and ready for a PERFECT VACATION!

The WILLOW SUITE features a comfy KING BED with soft lines and fluffy pillows. A SOUND MACHINE, Luggage Rack, ALARM CLOCK are provided in the room. There is a desk in the spacious living area for a WORKSPACE if you must work while traveling. HIGH SPEED INTERNET will keep you connected during those virtual meetings. No need for background filter here!

Original BEADBOARD, LEADED GLASS in the FLOOR TO CEILING WINDOWS and CROWN MOLDING... bring on the charm! Plenty of cozy seating including a sofa that that pulls out to a full bed. Watch all your favorite Netflix shows on the 42" SMART TV. There is a cute coffee area with seating, a refrigerator with freezer, microwave and books to read.

In the morning brew a cup of coffee with the KEURIG and head out the beautiful WRAP AROUND PORCH nestled under two giant LIVE OAK TREES. There is seating right outside your door with ceiling fans to keep cool on those warm Summer days. In the South the front porch is known for bringing people together. Never know who you might meet!

The bathroom is completely new and features a nice WALK-IN GLASS & TILED SHOWER, pedestal sink, large towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a blow dryer.

Lovely DOWNTOWN OCEAN SPRINGS is only a block away across highway 90. Check out the many shops, restaurants, bars and art galleries. FRONT BEACH is a mile away for a relaxing day in the sun. For a good run or walk head to the beach or the Biloxi Bay Bridge. You're going to love Ocean Springs! Welcome INN.

**We provide beach towels, coffee pods, tea bags, creamer, sugar and sweetener, coffee cups, wine glasses, wine & bottle opener, disposable plates, napkins & cutlery, first aid kit & shower products.
Other things to note
The Mockingbird Inn has 3 additional Suites that are available on as well. Its a perfect for a group to rent all of the suites when coming to the area for a special events such as weddings, class reunions, golf trip, girls weekends, family reunions, couples retreat, etc. Special rates may be available in these instances.

Family brought us to Ocean Springs. The Inn had the perfect location and distance to all our family and restaurants. Easy access to I-10. The Inn had wrap around porch with plenty seating. We entertained friends two times on the porch was just so serene and nice. Our beds were comfortable and the hot showers terrific. Hosts Kim and Troy are the perfect innkeepers, Providing every need. Wow! You know how sometimes the pictures of the place make it look better than in real life? This experience was the exact opposite. My wife and I stayed a couple of nights in this charming suite which was incredibly large for just 2 people. The owners thought of everything down to the last detail to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The bed was so comfy and plush that I had to message the owners afterwards to ask what brand the mattress was because we want to replace our bedding with similar. Super easy check-in and check-out, conveniently located to everything in Ocean Springs as well. We would not hestitate to return.
