PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Living & Dining: The cozy living room provides a great spot to relax after a day of adventure, flowing seamlessly into the dining area. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at home. The highlight of the property is the private balcony/porch, offering peaceful views of the bay and local wildlife.
Sleeping Quarters: The condo sleeps up to six guests comfortably. The Primary Bedroom features a Queen bed and a private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom is perfect for groups, featuring two Full beds. A second full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway for easy access.
Outdoor & Extras: This unit is beautifully situated amidst expansive community green space, providing a peaceful and open atmosphere for your stay. Guests can enjoy a variety of seasonal amenities, including an outdoor pool, a playground, and multiple sports courts. For those looking to hit the links, a nine-hole golf course is also available on-site (additional fees apply). Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the convenient launch ramp, perfect for setting off in a kayak or canoe to explore the local waterways (please note that watercraft are not provided).

1st Choice Properties provides bed and bath linens for you. Your linen package includes: fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillowcases for all beds; sets of bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths for all guests; kitchen towels and bathmats for all full bathrooms. Your linens will be delivered to the home prior to your arrival; you are responsible for putting the linens on the beds. You are also responsible for bagging the linens at the end of your stay and leaving them outside the residence for pick-up after your departure.
STARTER KIT
1st Choice Properties also provides a Starter Kit with all rentals. Your Starter Kit includes (1) roll of paper towels, (2) rolls of toilet paper, (1) 3oz bottle of dish soap, (1) dish sponge, (1) 13gal kitchen trash bags. You are responsible for providing any additional toiletries, soap, and paper products as needed.
MISCELLANEOUS
-The maximum occupancy is 6 people.
-There is parking for 2 vehicles.
-This home is pet friendly and will allow up to two dogs, for an additional fee of $250.00 per dog.
-No smoking, vaping, or events are allowed.
-Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
-Check-in is 4PM and check-out is 10AM. This is non-negotiable. Your access codes for the property will activate and deactivate precisely at these times; occupancy outside these timeframes without express permission from 1st Choice Properties is considered unlawful trespassing. 1st Choice Properties will contact you directly the day of your arrival if your property is available for an early check-in at no additional cost to you; this is our standard practice and you do not need to contact us to opt-in to it.
-The property owners we represent do not permit reservations for groups under the age of 25.
