This condo enjoys a lovely, private, wooded location in Bear Trap Dunes, a resort community that gives you access to 27 holes of championship golf, indoor and outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, saunas, a fitness center, Har-Tru and hard-surface tennis courts, a playground, a clubhouse with a restaurant, and a summer shuttle to the beach (please note that there is a per person fee for use of the amenities).

Inside, you'll be greeted by a multi-level layout with central AC, high-speed WiFi, and three full bathrooms to pair with the two bedrooms and the loft sleeping space. Relax after a day spent at the beach in the inviting living room (with a gas fireplace and a flatscreen TV), outside on the sun-splashed deck, or at the table and chairs on the screened porch overlooking the trees. There's a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an indoor dining space as well.

THINGS TO KNOW
Streaming is available with guests' own account credentials.
The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per person fee for guests ages four and older for use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis courts, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests who opt to purchase amenity passes must purchase them at the Bear Trap Pavilion. You must show a copy of your rental agreement to purchase passes to access the on-site amenities.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
