The front deck and screened porch (seating for six) offers opportunities to watching wildlife and taking in gorgeous sunsets. Accessible by spiral staircase, the second level features the remaining two bedrooms - each a main bedroom suite with its own bathroom with updated fixtures. Watch life on the water from the screened-in porch, while the herons, geese and ducks settle in for the evening, and the kids play games in the spacious living room. With breathtaking panoramic views of marshland, wildlife and Indian River Bay, this corner waterfront condo is great for the whole family.

THINGS TO KNOW Owner has a ring camera at the front door. The fireplace is off-limits to guests. This condo is located on the third floor of the building. There is no elevator. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 3.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
We enjoyed our stay at this rental. We have been coming back to Bethany Bay for the past 4 years, and this time did not disappoint. We had beautiful bay views with stunning sunrises and close access to the community pool and golf. Great walking trails, too; and close to Bethany Bay and Fenwick Island, which is where our extended family stays.
The condo rental has an updated kitchen with an abundance of kitchen tools and gadgets - blender, various pots/pans/baking dishes/drip coffeemaker, etc. The Samsung refridgerator was a good size, but the icemaker didn't work. We own a Samsung too (different model) so we were well aware of the icemaker issues.
There was great internet service and spacious bedrooms/baths. It was perfect for our family. The one thing I would recommend is a dedicated room with a crib for young couples with infants/toddlers to be with their parents. Also, it would have been nice if the main level shower had a stool to place your foot on so that it is easier for a woman to shave her legs!
Lastly, it would have been nice if the unit was keyless entry.
It was not convenient to head back into BB on the day of checkout to turn in our keys.
Other than that, this rental was great!
Overall a great stay. Off the beaten path in a beautifully maintained community . Beautiful views all around! Updated and well equipped kitchen! Only issue was screen on porch was ripped upon arrival and worsened during tropical storm. Reported upon arrival but not repaired during stay. Otherwise no complaints!
Beautiful view but condo could have been in better shape
Upon our 3:00 arrival on Saturday, we started unpacking. There was a knock on the door about 4:00. It was a woman that said she was there to check on the cleaning. She really only came into the kitchen. There must have been a complaint before because she immediately turned on the water in the sink. She was looking to see how long it took for the water to get hot (which was more than a few minutes). Then she went to turn off the water and she couldn't. I pushed down the faucet from the top and the water went off. My husband doesn't go anywhere without s screwdriver some screws etc. He did put a screw in so it was much easier to turn off. Second was the celing fan in the living room. It was so dirty we never did turn it on. We had babies (grandchildren ) with us and we didn't want the dirt to fall into the room. Next was the smoke alarm in the master bedroom upstairs. The alarm went off when my husband took a shower. He had to bathroom door open and in fact took a rather cool shower for his sunburn. That night about 10:00pm the same smoke alarm started churping. He ended up going to the store and buying a new 9 volt battery to replace the one churpping. I put the old battery in our envelope when we returned the key.. We rented in that development about 8 years ago and love the area/view/location. This unit was not up to our normal standards - not a 4 but certainly not a 9 or 10. Last thing were the slats for the window. Many rooms had them on the floor and again the master bedroom upstairs had 3 or 4 missing. Sun woke us up very early. Had we been able to close, we could have slept in a little later.
