Enjoy breathtaking views of tidal wetlands, the Indian River Bridge and the bay from this amazing second floor end unit furnished condo in Bethany Bay. Bethany Bay is situated on the Indian River Bay and White Creek with water access for kayaking, canoeing, paddleboard and jet skis. The community also has a large outdoor pool, kiddie pool, tennis, pickleball, basketball, walking trails, 9 hole par 3 golf course (pay to play) and so much more. You will love the natural setting and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets plus enjoy the blue herons, egrets, deer and more. The condo is sun filled, bright and cheery with extra windows. You will find a large eat-in kitchen with white cabinetry and appliances, a spacious dining/living room with an electric fireplace, a great place to entertain or take a nap, a primary bedroom with a full bath and a guest bedroom with its own bath. Staying at this unit would put you in the perfect position to enjoy your time your way. It's basically 20-50 minutes from anything and everything could want or need. Whether it is the endless variety of food and fun, high-energy activities or serenity and solace, its all very convenient to this unit. In terms of the proximity to the ocean, Ocean City, Fenwick Island, Bethany Beach, Dewey Beach Rehoboth and the Lewes-Cape May Ferry, you can enjoy all withing this time frame. Its the perfect way to explore each on a different day of your stay. As for the unit itself, although over the years we have been staying in various condos on the Bethany Bay property, I have never heard my wife go on and on about a condo like she did about this one! I don't know. As a man, it was a condo. For my wife, however, walking throughout the unit, it was if she had found a precious gem or a personal heaven!

Clean and family friendly

The condo was laid out well and clean. The pool was awesome and large enough that it never felt crowded. Beautiful views and plenty of wildlife to see on bike rides.

We had a blessed Thanksgiving holiday at this condo. We loved the views and appreciated the unscented products stipulation and I am very sensitive to scents. The condo was well stocked and since we were out of town, we appreciated the towels and the linens provided. I had a question for the host and the call was immediately returned. We hope to return to this condo in the future.

Beautiful condo in a great community! Hosts were easy to communicate with and everything was easy which made our trip wonderful :) we loved the pool, the location was nice with an easy drive to the beach, and many local restaurants. Will absolutely be back!

This condo is a terrific spot for being around the beach! It has a thoughtful and well-maintained kitchen, terrific inlet views, and is very clean. We will certainly come back again!

Great stay at a wonderful property with a bayside view

Very clean property in a great location. Enjoyed the pool, tennis courts, sitting on the porch and viewing the bay, and close proximity to Bethany beach. Will definitely come back soon.

Everything was as advertised and even nicer than the pictures shown online. Very quiet , beautiful views , owners were responsive to my several requests. Would definitely recommend and I plan on going back often .

Fantastic Property with Amazing View

My family has stayed at several properties in the Bethany Beach area, and this is by far our favorite! Ron and Elaine are wonderful hosts and the property has everything you need for great week. The view of the bay is wonderful and we enjoyed morning and evening visits from local deer and other wildlife. We can't wait to return!

Glorious bethany beach stay

We have stayed here many times over the years and it is always amazing—so cozy with beautiful marsh/bay views. Central to many activities and the beach. The hosts are awesome and ensure you have everything you need. The only negative thing is when we have to leave:)

This was the perfect space for a quick weekend away. The condo was immaculate and equipped with everything we could need and so mich more. We enjoyed the peace of the community, the natural surroundings and the area.would definitely consoder staying again if we were staying in the area.

My husband, kids, and I spent a few nights in this beautifully maintained condo. Very clean, spacious, and we loved the beach theme! The views off the screened in porch were breathtaking! Very peaceful property! The owners were very nice and quick to respond to questions. We’ll definitely be back!

A perfect getaway!

I travelled with my teenagers and this spot had everything for everybody! Golf, tennis, pool, and bikes all right at the property. And then short drives to multiple beaches and boardwalks! And the condo itself was fully stocked and impeccably clean! The owners were super fast with responses to questions! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Home away from home!

Once again we had a great time! We truly feel like we are at home when we are there. The condo is well stocked with everything we need. I have now cooked both a Thanksgiving and Easter dinner there and all cooking supplies were right there. It’s great!
