The house was stocked really well. It has a lot of space as to not feel crowded. We appreciated the use of the garage to avoid tons of sand brought back from the beaches. Easy access to many places.

Great location, great house
The house was perfect and roomy for us and had everything we needed. We appreciated the beach items (chairs, blankets, towels, boogie boards), bikes and supplies, and very equip kitchen. We had everything we needed for a fun, relaxing stay. It was clean and the host was very responsive. We would definerly stay here again.

Great host & well equipped home
My family & I had a wonderful stay here. The kitchen was well stocked, as were the beach equipment. The home is very clean & nicely decorated. May I recommend having more wash cloths & hand towels for the bathrooms, or just in a spot easy to find. The instructions given for everything was very detailed & John was a text/email away if any questions. Location was easy to get to & easy to get to beach, shopping & freeway. A great little produce stand very close. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely home
This house wins best stocked kitchen of any rental I’ve ever stayed in. The entire family felt instantly at home we enjoyed some of the generous amenities like the bikes they offered and especially appreciate the plush towels and linens provided as well. Highly recommend and I’ll definitely stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Lovely home
Very nice updated 3br, 2ba with open floor plan and all the amenities you can think of. Kitchen fully stocked with an abundance of utensils, dishes, pots/pans and appliances. Electric fireplace in the living room and a large, comfortable sectional make for a cozy evening. Beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, bikes all available for use. Very close to a grocery store and close to Pismo and surrounding coastal cities.
Would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable house driving distance from beach
The house was very much as advertised. It had the best stocked kitchen I have had in a VRBO as far as cutlery, utensils and pots and pans. It was very clean and well-kept, with plenty of linens and 3 TVs in separate rooms so the teenagers were very happy and the adults could watch different programs. The neighborhood is a mix of moderate homes, mostly well kept, and is quiet and pleasant. There is a great little grocery store two blocks away that walked to a lot- we liked the Mexican food deli and it was convenient for picking up a gallon of milk, etc. There are larger grocery stores nearby as well. We didn't eat out much so I can't recommend restaurants except the Rock N Roll Diner in train cars a few blocks away - the food there was good. This is not a place to stay if you want to walk to the beach with your family because is is a 1.5 mile walk each way. Also I wouldn't recommend it for families with really young children because there is a lot of decor that would be a nightmare with a toddler. However, if you are looking for a place to stay with ATVs and don't want to camp on the beach, this would be an excellent venue with really close access to the vehicle entrance. If you don't have ATVs but would like the experience of four wheeling on the dunes, I strongly recommend the Extreme Humvee Tour.
