This condo features a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare your meals. You can also enjoy the night lights of the harbor from your living room or simply catch your favorite show from the 32-inch flat screen TV. The bedroom features a queen size bed and plenty of closet space where you can store your luggage. This is a perfect home away from home where you can relax after a long day of enjoying everything San Diego has to offer. Marina Del Mar is centrally located from many attractions and activities. IMPORTANT - Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG. Please note that once you have booked, you will be directed to SUPERHOG to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed within 3 days of booking and before check in.

Quiet Beaches: Monday - Friday of Jan, Feb, April, May, Sept. There are some events scheduled on weekends during these time so check with management. No Guest Parking on site from May until June. Only the assigned space may be used for your unit. Extra vehicles need to use paid parking lots or Free Parking area by the Crab Shack.
Q. Is there parking in the complex? A. Most units have 1 assigned parking space. Day guests can park in the pay lot beside complex. Overnight guests will need to park in the 72-hour free lot 1 on the east side of the harbor. This is on a first come, first served basis. Q. What if I have an oversized vehicle? A. No vehicles over 16ft allowed on the property. Oversized vehicles need to pay for overnight parking in the camping area or in the Free Parking by the Crab Shack if available. 72 hours max. Q. What beach equipment do we need to bring? A. We suggest you bring your own beach towels, boogie boards, and umbrellas. Some of the units may have these items, but we cannot guarantee they will be available on your arrival. Q. Are pets allowed? A. We are sorry, but pets are not allowed in the rental units. Q. Is smoking allowed? A. All our units are non-smoking, including the balcony and anywhere in the complex. Q. Is there air conditioning? A. Each unit is equipped with either ceiling fans or portable fans to keep the air moving. There is no central or portable air conditioning.
Love the balcony looking out over the harbor. Easy walk to lots of dining options, even though only take-out available due to COVID-19. Well appointed kitchen made eating in a breeze. Management was very accommodating.
No AC, double bed when we expected at least a queen. No comfortable seating. The furniture was shabby. The screen door wouldn't open or close. No hood vent. The only good things were ; at least it was clean and great location. Would not recommend this particular unit in this complex.
We are returning vacationers to this specific place. We love the convenience of checking in and how easy it is for us to get to all of our favorite things. Parking is always very tight. We opted to park in the front parking lot so we didnât have to squeeze our SUV into a small spot. The rental had everything we need. It did smell musty upon entering and I believe thatâs because they had just cleaned the carpets. It would be good if they had extra bedding for the couch. Overall we were very pleased with the rental and we will be renting again.
I stayed for a couple of weeks for a business trip. The location is fantastic. Walk across the street to the beach or downtown Oceanside.
Things I wish I had known:
Be mindful that if you need to come and go that there will be traffic, more heavy on the weekend.
The single parking space is tight, even for a compact vehicle.
There is no AC, which is okay most of the time, but during some days can be uncomfortable.
The carpet was cleaned during my stay thanks to a quick response from the property manager. It's obvious that pets have stayed at this property for some time, because even after the carpet being cleaned, it began to smell of residual pet/urine. The carpet needs to be pulled. People with allergies or respiratory sensitivity should beware.
The location to the beach and the harbor is ideal. But this particular unit was disappointing. It smelled like dog urine, pretty badly, which is odd because it says no pets allowed. The kitchen is not stocked well, I had to borrow a can opener from a neighboring unit, there are no mixing bowls or bakeware, and there was minimal utensils for eating. Just something to be aware of if you plan to eat in. Also, the table is held together by packing tape, furniture was peeling, and half the plugs don't work. Just not very well kept.
Awesome location! We loved being able to walk to restaurants and shopping. Beach is right across the street. Only complaint was parking. There was no assigned spot and visitor parking was full A lot of the time. Only given 1 parking pass, but that did not guarantee a spot. There was free parking on the other side of the marina, but you have to walk a fair amount. Construction was going on, but was not an issue, just an eye sore. Cindy was very accommodating and quick to respond. Would definitely stay again!
