Sailboat Escape - D106 at North Coast Village

Ready for the vacation of your dreams? This condo has great ocean views from the living room, kitchen, and bedroom. Sailboat Escape is a great place to hang out, watch your kids in the pool, and access the beach for a day on the sand and surf. The living room has a queen sofa bed, a second sofa, and a chair, for plenty of comfortable seating. The kitchen is equipped with dishes, pots and pans, and cooking utensils for the chef(s) in your party. It includes tile counters, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. The bedroom looks out to the ocean, and is a relaxing retreat for a great night sleep! The bathroom has been remodeled with beautiful stone-look walk in shower.

Make My Vacation also provides all linens and towels, beach chairs and beach towels. The Living Room TV is provided for your entertainment, as well as free wireless Internet.

Sailboat Escape is located in North Coast Village, an oceanfront tropical paradise located right on the beach between the Oceanside Harbor and the Oceanside Pier, and is a favorite destination for people from around the world. You'll enjoy the beautiful waterfalls, tropical foliage, flowers, streams, walkways, Koi ponds, two heated pools and spas, putting green, exercise rooms, saunas, and recreation rooms with table tennis, billiards and foosball.

The complex consists of nine four-story buildings surrounded by two-story cottages, on several acres of lushly landscaped tropical grounds. Enjoy a romantic walk on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in Southern California.

North Coast Village offers a fitness center with sauna, and a barbecue area overlooking the pool. You will also find reserved garage parking, cable television, a recreation center, a clubhouse with kitchen, massive stone fireplace and cedar walls, as well as laundry facilities in the building.

The Mainstreet Oceanside Farmer's Market is a delightful experience near the Pier which takes place every Thursday from 9-1, and and the Sunset Market Thursday evenings from 5-9.

I was steps away from the beach. My balcony overlooked the pier in Oceanside. It had lovely gardens, running streams, koi pond where you can feed them from a food dispenser. Gorgeous and in great location.

Was very pleased with the condition and cleanliness of unit. Really liked the location as there was a lot available in walking distance. And, of course, the beach was just outside the facility. I had high expectations and was very satisfied overall.

It's a Shore Life!
The property is very well maintained. The unit is clean and spacious. The mirrored wall gives the illusion it is much bigger than it really is. Kitchen was furnished with all the utensils needed to prepare meals. The primary bedroom bed was very comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

I just love the property. This was our second stay here. Perfect location… the harbor and downtown is within walking distance. You walk out of the complex and you are right at the beach. The condo is very clean and the property management is very responsive. We’ll be back!

A great getaway
This is our fourth stay at North Coast Village. This time we had short notice of our trip, but we did know that we love to face south towards the pier, and that we wanted to be close to the beach in the "D" wing. Thankfully we found D106 available for the four nights that we were seeking. We had booked with MakeMyVacation before and knew that they were easy to work with. Sure enough they were this time too. I called and spoke with "Misty" prior to the trip and had a couple of questions during our visit and she was QUICK to respond each time. Plus, she checked in with us during our stay to see if there was anything that we needed. Most of the VRBO's that we stay with do not do that. This place was clean and had a good view of the pier. We went with another couple, and they said the fold out couch was pretty comfortable. The king bed was a bit hard for our tastes. The unit had everything that we needed – plenty of towels, 4 big beach towels, two big closets with plenty of hangers and plenty of stuff in the kitchen to cook. It only had two beach chairs - if we had known that we would have brought two of our folding chairs from home. But there were boogie boards and small umbrellas - possibly left by other guests. Overall, another great stay and I would recommend this unit and MakeMyVacation as a great company to use.
