THE VIEW
D10 faces Southwest down the beach and has stunning elevated views of the sand, ocean, and pier. Sit back and experience the breathtaking view from the 2 bar chairs on the balcony. It's a great spot to drink your morning coffee and enjoy breakfast while being warmed by the sun's rays. You can enjoy the gorgeous views and sound of the waves from the balcony, living room, and kitchen.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and comes fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to create any of your favorite vacation foods right from the comfort of your own condo. The dining area has a small table that can seat up to four, in case you plan on entertaining during your stay. There are 4 spots at the bar for quick bites as well.

LIVING AREAS
D10 is decorated in a beautiful french coastal style. The living area is furnished with a large sofa-sleeper and two comfortable armchairs with matching footrests that you can relax in after an enjoyable day at the beach. Snuggle up with a good book or watch something on the large flat-screen TV. High-speed internet and cable with 250+ channels are included free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - the living room has a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment.

The bathroom is at the end of the hall from the bedroom and has a beautifully tiled tub/shower combo with a separate vanity area.

SLEEPING
D10 is set up to sleep 2 guests, which is perfect for couples looking for a romantic getaway. The master bedroom has a Cali King size bed and for guest configurations that desire their own bed, additional sleeping arrangements are found in the living room where there is a queen-sized sofa sleeper.

**Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.

D10 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub, commercial-sized barbeque area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved garage parking, as well as laundry facilities in the complex with card/app operated washers and dryers, and 24-hr security to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
