After a day at the beach, Adicus House invites you to unwind and relax on one of the two screened porches or the covered deck. Enjoy spectacular long range marsh views. 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths: Primary Bedroom with King Bed and Private Bath. An additional Bedroom with Queen Bed and one Bedroom with a Bunk Bed. A Queen Sleeper Sofa is located in the Living Area. This home offers a traditional floor plan with the living, dining, kitchen and Primary Bedroom on the first floor. Nine foot ceilings, granite kitchen counter tops and stainless steel appliances enhance your stay in this comfortable home. Amenities include central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, complimentary wireless internet access, 4 satellite TVs. Washer and dryer. High chair. The exterior offers a hot/cold outdoor shower, hammock, gas grill, picnic table and fish cleaning bench. Two screened porches and a covered deck. Covered parking for two vehicles and a covered stairway to the interior. *This home does not provide linens. No Smoking. No Pets Allowed. Maximum limit of 3 vehicles. Military Discount Available. Discount can only be applied at time of booking. Short Stays are available; there is a three-night minimum, and these stays can be booked within two weeks of arrival.
