Posted Oct. 17, 2023 on HomeAwayViews of the back deck are great as is having 140 acres to ourselves. We had one problem and owner came quickly came and d alt with it. When we come again, we would love to stay here again.

Absolutely Wonderful
Posted Jun. 1, 2023 on HomeAwayMy husband and I rented the cabin for the holiday weekend. We had our sons bring their families and enjoyed the outdoors. Very relaxing, spacious, with beautiful views and weather. We were able to meet the owners who were so nice and accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Weekend Fun

Perfect birthday getaway
Posted Jul. 7, 2022 on HomeAwayProperty is meticulously maintained and great for taking walks or just sitting and talking. Spaces set up on all sides of the outdoor property to sit. Absolutely loved the outdoor kitchen and fire pit. There are games to play for kids and a large dining table to eat at inside. The kitchen was big and easy to work in. Loved it and thank you!

Weekend Getaway
Posted Jun. 3, 2022 on HomeAwayProperty was nice. House was decent besides the dead bugs laying around. probably could use a good deep clean. Blankets could be updated they seemed like they were from 20 years ago. We had no outdoor power at all so couldnt use that part. The ticks were ridiculous we went into the woods the first night then the next morning to try to fish which there isn't any fish but we couldn't go back into the woods due to the ticks being so overwhelming even doused in spray.

So sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your stay. Yes, ticks in this area can be bothersome! I agree! Unfortunately we cannot control that. As for outside electricity I do not understand why that was a problem? Did you try to reach out to us? We had all 3 numbers listed in the guest book and would have helped you in any way we could had we known you were having issues. We know that time away is for relaxing and enjoying and we do our best to help each guest have a good stay. Sorry again.

Relaxing and responsive!
Posted Feb. 20, 2022 on HomeAwayHad a great stay! It was relaxing and very homey. It was exactly what was needed for a trip to Indiana with our friends to visit a couple of our friends. Plenty of toys to keep my friends child entertained too! The living space was immaculate. One of the beds didn’t seem to have clean sheets when we arrived but when we called we got an answer on the first try and it resolved it with clean sheets in hand within minutes. Very responsive! The beautiful area with the woods nearby and overlooking a pretty field was perfect for a calling and relaxing stay.

Quiet Break From Busy Life
Posted Aug. 19, 2021 on HomeAwayQuiet, beautiful property on tons of land. If you need a break from your busy life where you can unplug, then this is your place. The property is located on a huge forest lot where you can unwind and enjoy nature. Our family had a wonderful time doing a whole lot of nothing :)
