Stay was ok. Staff not that knowledgeable. No safe in the rooms. Hot tub water looked dirty. Pool was clean. Lots of yard games to play and outdoor seating which was nice. Nice area connected to the office with coffee, tea, and microwave. Not as close to town as we’d like. Not near the ocean at all. Construction site across the street views and parking lot views only. Beach is not within walking distance. Would not stay here again .

Heavy urine smell

Checked in got to the room. The room had a heavy urine odor. Contacted the front desk. They were sold out.. and only offered to “fabreeze” the room. With us having a new born child. We just decided to relocate.

From the picture it didn’t show outside entry door, because we had pets we were given a room with an outside door that had damage to it like someone had already tried to break in, I usually try to avoid staying in these kind of hotels. Also spider webs behind the door in the room but otherwise clean

When you book a pet-friendly room on hotels.com that shows total price with tax, you do not expect to have to pay an additional 35.00 per day pet fee plus another $20 per day hidden resort fee. For us, this was an additional $220 plus tax. Buyer beware of the hidden fees.

Some issues, but decent for the price

Pros: Clean throughout. Nice outdoor space with a clean pool, hot tub, and lots of comfortable seating. Parking was easy. Cons: The AC in original room didn't work, so they had to move me to another room. Originally, they wanted me to move to one room to my first night and another for my second night, which I said no to. Had that been the only option, I would have asked them to refund my stay. Also, the towels could use to be replaced soon. The room that I eventually got did not have any facecloths, so I had to use a hand towel as a facecloth. Additionally, all of the towels were thin, and one bath towel had a hole. Overall, this was not a bad hotel for a casual weekend getaway. If I have more time to plan my trip in the future, I would look at other options in the area.

Would only clean our room unless we stayed for 3nights or more which I consider unexceptionable. Which meant beds not made, bathrooms not cleaned and no towels unless you go to the office for extras.
