Our Harborside condominium is settled along side the awe-inspiring view of the Webbhannet River. Surrounded by a quiet, well -mannered community, the property is only steps away from the deck to soak in some rays while unwinding with a relaxing read, and a 2 minute walk to the beach to enjoy a care-free day in the sand with family. This second floor condo provides nothing less than a peaceful and soothing experience, while at the same time residing within walking distance of all the fun Wells activities. Whether your looking for a quiet air-conditioned leave of absence from the stresses of daily living or an action packed day in the fresh air, this studio condo is the perfect spot to become your peaceful retreat for all the experiences that the greater Wells community has to offer. Watch the sunset over the water or hit the town to enjoy the shops, antique stores, and local hot spots. This unit is equipped with a queen size bed and large screen TV. Full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave and fridge. Cooking supplies such as pots, pans, dishes, silverware, coffee pot, toaster, griddle and blender. There is a vanity/sink area with plenty of room for personal items, toilet and tub/shower combination.
Additional Amenities include a porch area with table and chairs right outside the unit. There is also a large deck by the water and 2 gas grills that is shared by owners and renters of Harborside. Unit has AC, heat, Wi-Fi, cable and an ice machine (located in the front of the building.)
Sheets and blankets are provided, however you will need to bring your own towels and beach towels. We have a strict no smoking policy and no pets are allowed. Each unit has 1 designated parking spot. Unit is located on second floor and there is no elevator and is not wheelchair accessible.
This condo is the complete package, giving you the perfect balance of relaxation and fun. Harborside is mostly owner occupied so it is required that renters maintain a respectful and peaceful environment for all to enjoy.
