This is a house that is divided into three units. This unit is on the entire second floor. The entrance is on the right side of the house. It has two baths with a shower in each, two bedrooms with one sink vanity and one queen bed in each bedroom and a third room with a couch and TV, including a mini fridge, coffee maker (coffee included), toaster, and microwave. Includes heat and air condition.

Quiet Hours are 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. Thank you!

Linens: Includes towels, washcloths, and bedding.

Free street parking in front. Free Wifi

Fire pit available for use. It has been installed in the yard next door. Includes a fire poker. Wood can be purchased on our website and will be delivered to your unit before you arrive.

Laundromat available next door. We do not own it so please check the hours.

Garden hose available on the side of unit #1 “The Andrea”

A copy of your driver's license or state ID must be emailed within 72 hours of booking the reservation to StayInOhiopyle@gmail.com.

Maximum occupancy is 4. Strictly enforced.

All late check-outs without approval will be charged $50 per hour.

NO SMOKING. A $250 charge will be charged to the credit card for smoking within the unit. This includes cigarettes, weed or vaping.

Just back from an overnight stay in “The Belle” at Stay in Ohiopyle. Our host Andrea was very helpful, I ended up having to change our date and Andrea was able to make that happen, much appreciated. Also, very responsive to questions I had.The unit was extremely neat and clean, which is the most important requirement when I book a place. Location was perfect, bar/restaurant was a couple doors away and my husband was very happy with the proximity to the GAP trail for bike riding. Except for the rain it was a great weekend.

We had everything we needed. We really appreciated that our rooms had individual climate control. Beds were comfortable as was the sitting room. Loved that a cozy bar and restaurant were a mere block away. It took me a night to get used to the train that comes through multiple times at the night. If you're a light sleeper, bring ear plugs and white noise for that, as well as for potentially noisy neighbors on the lower levels. Overall the town is quiet.

Wanted to give it a one or a two. Just not pleasant place. Felt crammed in with other places, could hear their tv through the door as clearly as if it was in my own room. Furniture a hodgepodge. Think the price would have been good split among group of two or three. For one, too much for drabness of surroundings.

Clean and just the basics

Forget Mr Clean, Ms Clean looks after this place. This place is very basic and had just what we needed. Even used the fire ring out back. Locked our bikes to the bike rack next to another building at this property. Very walkable to the River and GAP trail. Communication with owner was seamless. Check in and out was easy. Ohiopyle is a beautiful town during the summer. We stayed over holiday weekend. Fills up quickly in the summer time and empties at dusk - as the park signs say park closes at dusk. Our family enjoyed the hot shower, cozy bed and playing games around the coffee table after a day at the River.
