Plus a fabulous outdoor waterfall shower. Youâll find this to certainly be the highlight of your vacation!

Getting Around:
The Barbados International Airport is located 8.7 km | 5.4 miles away from the rental property located in the Welches area on Ridge Close, Oistins, Barbados -- on the southwest coast. It takes about 15 minutes by car. As for getting to and from the airport if you do not rent a car, you can easily and affordably use public transportation from the airport to destinations on the island. There is a public bus (cheapest option), taxis, or private vehicle transfers. We highly suggest renting a car to truly enjoy the sights and attractions of this beautiful island.
Once on the island, thereâs easy access via public transportation in all 11 parishes. Public transport (blue bus) and private transport (vans) are both $3.50 bds per ride (as of Sept 2022).

Please be aware that for reservations made through Booking.com and Vrbo, a registration form and a security deposit will be required. These will be sent to you through a secure link before we release the arrival instructions. If the form and deposit are not completed, we will unfortunately need to cancel the reservation, as weâre unable to provide arrival details without this information.
There is no daily housekeeping service but should you require a mid-stay cleaning one can be arranged at an additional fee. Please contact us to arrange it.

Please note we do supply some home and bath essentials complimentary upon arrival like soap, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, coffee filters, and some cleaning products. However, please note, unlike hotel service, these items are not replenished.
Electricity fees: for long term-stays only (+28 nights) $0.30 USD per KWH.
*There are surveillance cameras on the property, strictly for security reasons only to ensure guests' safety. All cameras are facing outdoor areas.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises is a VERY strict rule. This means no smoking anywhere around the property! That includes smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture
- Pets are not allowed
Interaction with Guests:
You must coordinate with the local contact at least 24 hours prior to your arrival to arrange the time to meet up at the home for check-in. There is no self-check-in option. The local contact will show you around and provide you with the keys.
Youâll have complete privacy during your stay, but weâre available 7 days a week, should you need anything - just write us a message.
Welcoming host, well set up with all the basics, reasonably clean and tidy space with lots of nice features. A bit heavy on fragrances for my taste but overall a great home base in oistins area.
The villa was perfect for our group of six. Very well equipped with everything we needed, lots of space though we spent most of our time using the fabulous outside areas. Good location for Oistins fish fry, walk to the beach, Surfers Cafe and Massy supermarket. Accra (Rockley) beach a short drive away, great for swimming shopping and food and cocktails at the Tiki Bar.

Our stay was fantastic and the property was a dream! So clean, the space was great, and the outdoor space is amazing--the pictures don't do it justice. Our local property manager was wonderful, and so responsive and helpful. The location was awesome, close to everything but off the main road so it was really peaceful and quiet. We were traveling for a family vacation (6 adults and a toddler) and I can't recommend this place enough!
This property is amazing. Clean and updated. It has everything you need for fun, food and the beach. Very comfortable for 4 adult couples. Loved it and would highly recommend this property.
