お客様満足度に繋がる問題点を箇条書きにします。 ①洗濯機の中に前使った人のタオルが放置されている。 ②スタッフが呼んでもこない ③受付時の駐車場説明など全く無い ④エレベーターが臭すぎる ⑤冷凍庫が汚い ⑥洗濯機の上に、アタック0の使い捨て袋が放置されている 良かった点 ①価格 ②立地→国際通り徒歩30分 安かろう悪かろうと言った感じです。

鍵を別の建物で受け取るのが手間だし、最寄りのバス停から少し遠いのが少しネック。 部屋はワンルームマンションの一室という感じで、クーラーはもちろん付いていて使い放題、清潔感は普通、大きなテレビがある。浴室乾燥付いてるのがとても魅力的。近くにはコンビニがあり、周辺は少し暗いが5~10分ほど歩くと繁華街なのでごはんにも困らない。 値段もそんなに高くないので、ホテル代を抑えたい方にオススメ。

立地は駅から少し歩きますが晴れていたら問題ない距離です。賃貸マンションのような作りで一般のホテルよりは部屋は広いと思います。バスタブもあり。照明のスイッチカバーが外れていたので直したほうがいいと思います。

部屋が汚い。 お風呂はカビまみれで エアコン、 ベッド周辺もほこりまみれ。 フロントが離れている。(説明受けてない) 外国の従業員しかいないので 日本語で聞きたいこと聞いても通じない。 連泊利用したが2日目以降のバスタオルやアメニティ類は1階に補充するので取ってと言われる(2日目に) 取りに行くと何も無いので結局離れたホテルのフロントまで行かないといけない。 二度と使いません。

施設はとても綺麗 フロントが徒歩で行かなければいけないのと、連絡してからじゃないとスタッフが来ない為、チェックインや物の補充には少し疲れました 料金が変動制なので、一泊10000円のときは驚いた… 短期ステイならばまた泊まりたいホテルです
