Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. I really appreciated that there were many laundry machines, as it got busy at times. Convenience store on the first floor with essentials and souvenirs was very helpful, too. The location is very close to Shuri-Jo, and I didn’t mind walking to the busy touristy area on Kokusai-dori, since I could also come back to a quiet room. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel, though I didn’t use it. The room was equipped with a coffee maker, tea kettle, mini fridge, hair dryer and humidifier. Nice deep bath tub.

10/10 staff and service. Clean room and hotel. Staff was genuinely kind and willing to help me when needed. Even though there was a language barrier google translate did help with communication, just be patient with the staff. They do have english speaking staff as well. Staff did go above and beyond and need a raise. There is a cute convenience store as well for late night snacking or a quick dessert and lunch.

For check in we were sent to the top floor, 15th floor lounge. Unfortunately all the snacks/apps were picked over and very little selection. Room was in good condition but had a weird smell. We also had very noisy people above us, we made a couple calls to the front desk. They did address the situation and moved us to another room at 11pm. The breakfast selection was not very good.

We had a good stay, the rooms were clean, got what we paid for, well maintained. Helpful staff, good breakfast spread. The room felt a bit squishy, the gym was pretty basic and there is definitely see room improvement. If you are not in a rush city buses are ok! There is a stop just outside yeh hotel. Dining options near the hotel are limited. The meal we had at the gourmet bar near the front desk was pretty mediocre.

Good hotel, terribly managed, we only had breakfast 3 times through out the week, due to it being massivley overbooked and absolutely chaotic making it pretty unsuitable for children, there was a good wait to get in to the dining area no matter which time we went so in the end we decided to not use that facility even tho we had already paid for it, the swimming pools are also way to small for the amount of people that stay there, if you use the pool you will be packed together like sardines, otherwise the hotel was fine!
