Fourth time staying at this Hotel, it helps to have a rental car to get around which makes shopping and eating out much easier.

Very spacious hotel room. Difficult to get to the hotel without a car. Free amenities bar was great as well. Some areas of the hotel did smell like sewage especially near our room. But they had friendly staff and a great fitness room.

This hotel is very dated. Staff were lovely, breakfast was amazing. Our first room on 13th Floor was great. The second one on the 12th floor had a musty mould smell and old curtains that didn't block out the light making the room red - made for a much less comfortable environment. Also there was a plumbing/drainage issue and the bathroom flooded both times the shower was used. The two pillows provided are TERRIBLE. Also, hotel was fully booked and whilst we were grateful to have parking, it was a very long and steep walk from the car park p to the hotel. Really needs a refresh, but good value for money and excellent service. You definitely need a car too, it is very hilly and there is no food or convenience store within walking distance.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I appreciated having a great breakfast available every morning. Being on the 9th floor gave me a terrific sunrise view.

Clean room. Service was alright. Somehow breakfast was on the first floor on Monday with much more variety. On our 2nd and 3rd day, breakfast was on 2nd floor with so much less choices. Enough parking spaces for the nights that we stayed, it was not too busy. There is a free snack and amenity section on 1st floor near the reception for guests to take which was quite nice. The pool is a bit old and small. There is a kids pool filled with duck toys.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very nice and helpful. The location is a bit out of the way if you’re looking for beach activities. The beds are also not comfortable. The hotel dod have convenient amenities and dining.

Hotel was a bit old and run down. Bathrooms could use a face lift. Along with pool could use a good renovation. Floors had a lot of hair and was very slippery.

Great stay. Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was great. Lounge was perfect to unwind. Great location. Tucked away but right in the middle of everywhere I needed to be. Bed, couch and chair were pretty hard but I was able to sleep just fine.
