The property is a comfortable 3 bedroom apartment on the first floor of a private house with a separate entrance, terrace and parking. The apartment consists of two master bedrooms, one smaller bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with dining room and a living room with TV and air conditioning . A bathroom consisting of 2 separate toilets and showers. The apartment extends to a spacious terrace. The property is located 100m from the sea, connected by a small path trough woods directly accessing the beach and paths along the seaside connecting to main beaches of Okrug Donji.
The location of Okrug Donji is on the peninsula Čiovo which is directly connected to the town of Trogir, a UNESCO protected gem and one of most prominent Croatian vacation destinations. The vicinity of city of Split, and the Split airport makes Okrug region the ideal family vacation destination. The luxury of being on an island while still connected to main land with fast roads and the Čiovo bridge is unbeatable. It gives every rainy day a perfect solution with just 10 min by car to Trogir and 30 min to Split . The sea on Čiovo is crystal clear and the beaches are many and spacious. The whole region is full with restaurants, supermarkets, all kinds of summer activities and daily boat connections to Split and Trogir.

JUST PERFECT
Our stay at the apartment of the family Bilic was just perfect. The apartment is very clean, has a very big and beautiful terrasse. In front of the house is a beautiful small forest, where you hear the cicadas chearping all day long. We loved this. As you walk down the forest, maybe 100 meters, you reach the blue, clear sea. Along the way you find lots of cozy places, where you can swim and spend the day at the sea (these are not beaches, but stone platforms, from where you can enter the water). About 800 meters away there is a small supermarket. If you want a greater variety of food, you should go to the supermarkets in Okrug Gornji (ca. 4 km away). In Okrug Gornji you will find everything you need, also a lot of restaurants. The citiy of Trogir with its beautiful old town is ca. 15 min away by car. You should have a car if you want to stay at this cozy place. The family Bilic is very very kind and friendly. Really beautiful and helpful people. We sat with them a couple of times in the evening. We bought some fresh fish and Mr. Bilic prepared us a great barbecue with his big stone grill - very professional. BEAUTIFUL FAMILY! I recommend this place very much.

Un emplacement de choix en bout de presqu'île, si vous recherchez la tranquillité et de belles baignades loin de la foule. Grand appartement confortable et très bien équipé, dont le point fort est surtout sa très grande terrasse ombragée. Literie impeccable, moustiquaires aux fenêtres, climatisation dans la pièce à vivre et ventilateurs dans les chambres. Il n'y a qu'à traverser la petite pinède pour aller se baigner, depuis les pontons aménagés avec échelles. Le tout bercé par le chant des cigales ... Toni et sa femme habitent juste à côté et sont aux petits soins pour leurs locataires. Merci pour toutes vos attentions. Bon emplacement pour visiter Trogir, Krka, Sibenik, Split ...

Top Vermieter, traumhafte Buchten!
Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, Einweisung und Schlüsselübergabe waren sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist für 6 Personen (wir waren zu fünft) gut und ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Küche und Wohnräume sind sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Man merkt, dass die Vermieter die Wohnung außerhalb der Saison selbst bewohnen. Die große Terrasse ist sonnengeschützt und war unser Hauptaufenthaltsbereich. Unter der Terrasse befindet sich der schattige Stellplatz für das Auto. Fußläufig erreicht man sehr schöne Buchten und Strände, zwei nette Restaurants mit guten Preisen, angemessenes Essen und sehr zuvorkommende, freundlichen und herzlichen Bedienungen. Auch der kleine Supermarkt hat alles was man benötigt. Man sollte allerdings keine Angst vor bergigem Gelände haben. Die Wege durch den Pinienwald zur Bucht und auch zum nächsten Strand (Okrug Dornji Beach Stari Porat) sind daher etwas steinig und steil. Man wird aber durch den Ausblick auf das glasklare Wasser entschädigt. Badeschuhe können wir sehr empfehlen. Das Vermieterehepaar ist sehr zuvorkommend, nett und hilfsbereit und immer für ein Gespräch über Rock‘n Roll und Pivo zu haben. Our host was splendid. Since first encounter we felt like home.. Very helpful and commmunicative. Apartment is nice and comfortable. Nice terrace for breakfast and dinner. Garden surrounded by olive trees and fig trees. Close to the beaches, shop and restaurant. Peaceful and quiet neiboirhood. Possibility to travel by boat to Trogir was also an advantage.
