- 165 mÂČ of interior space plus a 100 mÂČ terrace and garden
- Accommodation for up to 12 guests, including:

Séjour tres agréable

Maison trĂšs adaptĂ©e pour 10 personnes, dĂ©corĂ©e avec soin. PropriĂ©taire trĂšs agrĂ©able et Ă  l'Ă©coute de ses locataires. Elle a mĂȘme offert aux enfants une de ses crĂ©ations artistiques. Seul bĂ©mol: les appartements au dessus de la maison en rez de jardin se situent au 1er ou 2eme Ă©tage de la maison ( entrĂ©es independanres) Location fortement conseillĂ©e !!

12 persons on training trip. When whether was ”bad” it was a bit to tight to be inside. Some small stuff as lamps, water etc was not in top shape, but overall ok.

Not luxury but OK

All in all a nice place to stay. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and the outdoor area is nice. However,some dissapointments as well as there are some annoying issues which was not expected based on the "luxyry" adveritssement: - General lack of maintenanse with several loose fittings in the bathrooms. Shower curtains hanging, WC seat loose, etc. etc. A handy man could have soleved this in a day. - AC in the annex room needs to be emptied for water at least one timd during th night. Went hose was dissconnected (however fixed during the stay). -Outdoor furniture has seen much better days.

Family friendly vacation

We had a lovely week, six adults and four children. It was very well suited for an extended family like ours. Shady and Nice garden area with a Great pool that was a big hit. A positive surprise was the separate little «guest house» in the garden with a separate bed room and bathroom. This was not clear to us from the ad. A layout picture/drawing of the property would have made much more clear how the apartment(s) in fact are. The property is quite private, but definitely not a «villa» as the title implies. The property is all on one floor, and there are other apartments with other vacationers above. The entire garden is private to this property though. The apartment contains two small kitchens, and one living room (we were expecting two, but one of the sofa areas we used as bed room). The location was OK, it seems that to Get a property with pool you will struggle to find one closer to the beach. It was a little further to walk than expected, small children and traffic, but still OK distance to walk. All in all a really good place to stay with a big family.
