It consists of a bedroom, bathroom with toilet, sink and shower, a living room with comfortable seating for 4 people and a kitchen overlooking the sea. It is made from the highest quality natural materials and is energetically completely independent and thus adapted to the natural environment in which it is located. Electricity is generated by solar cells, which are connected directly to the accumulator, which supplies the house with electrical energy in the amount of 220 V. The price includes towels, bed linen and all other utensils that are necessary for everyday needs.
The 120 mÂČ terrace guarantees comfort to completely switch off amidst the natural ambience. On the terrace is a large brick barbecue with a closed storage room, a pleasant covered area for sitting and getting together with family or friends. An additional outdoor sink, a table with bench in the natural shade and sun loungers for sunbathing are available.
The terrace is a space for relaxed hours. The property is built with natural stone and thus provides complete security and allows children to play and move freely and carefree.
