Beautiful apartment in San Pantaleo

TrÚs agréable et lumineux appartement dans le magnifique village de San Pantaleo le village les artistes "au coeur de la CÎte d'Emeraude, à quelques pas des plus belles plages du nord de la Sardaigne, avec ses eaux cristallines et le sable blanc. Situé dans un cadre reposant, mais avec tout le confort.
San Pantaleo est un village de 900 personnes et l'Ă©tĂ© s'anime avec diffĂ©rents festivals de musique folk et le jeudi le cĂ©lĂšbre marchĂ© qui anime toutes les rues de la ville avec des produits typiques, peintures, vĂȘtements et bijoux. Wonderful Views from a Lovely Apartment

Joan is a special person who came to our rescue when we arrived late and got thoroughly lost, our hire car company did not have any maps and was not particularly helpful. Joan made a round trip of 45 minutes to find us in a restaurant, the restaurant having phoned her to advise of our dilema. The apartment is very well appointed with lovely views into the distance. The main bedroom has the same views as the living area with a very comfortable double bed. Unfortunately the second bedroom with twin beds was used by my friend and she found the bed to be hard and the room cramped, more suitable for children than adults. The room has one small window which is at ceiling height and brings light in from the living area, so there is no natural light in that room. We had a couple of very wet and cold days and the heating which is by radiator was extremely efficient and most welcome. San Panteleo is delightful and on our sunny days it was great to sit and have a snack and coffee at Nina's. The english speaking waitress was so helpful as both of us had no italian. There are quite a few restaurants but our favourite, if a little expensive, was the one in the square, Giagoni. On one of our drives a tortoise walked out of the verge in front of us and I was just about to get out of car and it made its way into the verge a little further on. Another day 3 little wild piglets ran across the road, good job the van coming the other way had good brakes. It really is a lovely island. Thank you Joan for all your help, it was great to meet you.

Lovely apartment with spectacular views

This is a lovely, well equipped apartment with a spectacular view towards the high rocks and wooded valleys. The patio area has the same views. The village is a short (partly uphill) walk into the attractive village of San Pantaleo, which has several restaurants, though none open in the winter months. However, there is an excellent small supermarket/deli open all year. The driveway to the apartment has an awkward right angle and is quite steep. One small improvement in the apartment would be to provide an armchair or two. The large divan requires everyone to site side by side, as if in a cinema. As a summer base for touring northern Sardinia, this is almost perfect. In winter the Costra Smeralda is virtually "closed" but the roads are empty and the scenery (white beaches and mountains) beautiful.

Perfect

Pictures on the site do not do this apartment justice, it was roomy, clean, well equipped, a really comfy mattress in the main bedroom and a very short walk to the village centre which was a real delight. San Pantaleo had many places to eat and drink and the whole place had a lovely arty, relaxed and welcoming feel about it, a great place to explore the northern part of Sardinia from. Thank you Joan for a wonderful stay in your holiday home.

Everything you need and a great location

This was our second consecutive year here and it did not disappoint. Joan has provided everything you require and is on hand if needed. The village of San Pantaleo is excellently situated for exploring the local coastline yet quiet and away from the crowds. It's relative closeness to Olbia makes it an excellent base on arrival or departure from that airport. I would recommend this accommodation without reservation.

Fjn ruim huis met alles erop en eraan, heerlijk groot 2-persoonsbed, ruime badkamer.

We werden hartelijk ontvangen, leuk terrasje met prachtig uitzicht, van alles veelvoud, bv, borden , bestek, kussens handdoeken, koffiecups voor de hele periode.

Sehr angenehme Ferienwohnung

Wir waren im April 2018 fĂŒr eine Woche in dieser wunderbar gelegenen Ferienwohnung und haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Kein StraßengerĂ€usch, evtl. arbeitende Nachbarn, nachts war es ganz still. Die Terassen-Aussicht auf die Granitberge von San Pantalone ist herrlich! Die Wohnung ist sehr gerĂ€umig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Leider ohne GeschirrspĂŒler, was aber auch ok ist. Etwas gewöhnungsbedĂŒrftig fĂŒr deutsche GĂ€ste sind evtl. die sehr großen Bettdecken und Laken, so wie dies in sĂŒdeuropĂ€ischen LĂ€ndern ĂŒblich ist. Damit kamen wir nicht so gut zurecht - dies ist aber subjektiv. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Das zweite Schlafzimmer (fĂŒr die Kinder) ist ohne Fenster im Innern der Wohnung gelegen. FĂŒr 2 Personen ist die Wohnung sehr gut geeignet. Das beschauliche Dorf ist fĂŒr AusflĂŒge perfekt gelegen. Auch kann man vom Haus direkt eine Wanderung in die Granitberge unternehmen. Die Vermieterin ist supernett und ganz unkompliziert. Wir wĂŒrden diese Wohnung wieder mieten.

A well-appointed ground floor apartment in a beautiful village

A lovely place to stay. The apartment has all you require and the village is well placed to visit the many beaches and towns in the area. Joan, the owner, was an excellent host. She lives in the top flat and so is on hand if required. The. village piazza is an easy short walk away and has good eateries, two small supermarkets and a brilliant market in the piazza and surrounding streets on Thursday. If you use google maps to find it be warned it takes you too far along the road. Look at the house numbers on the left hand side as you approach. It is immediately after the second left turn.

Exceeded our expectations

Beautiful apartment, even nicer than the photos, with great mountain views. Terrific host, very accommodating to requests. I'd stay again in a heartbeat. Only hard thing was finding it--and driving up the hill to the door. San Pantaleo is a lovely little town, too, and a great base for exploring the area..

La casa Ăš corrispondente alle foto pubblicate e ubicata in una zona tranquilla. La padrona di casa Ăš molto discreta ma anche molto disponibile se le si chiede qualcosa. Consiglierei assolutamente di soggiornare presso questo delizioso appartamento!

Tudo perfeito

San Pantaleo, e um pequeno país muito peculiar, próximo a vårios lugares a serem visitados(necessita carro). A Sra. Joan, não poupou esforços para nós fazer sentir na própria casa, o apartamento , tem tudo que é necessårio., limpo bem cuidado. Ficamos muito satisfeitos com tudo.
