Sun Bay house is a welcoming, semi-detached house with an unparalleled panorama in north-eastern Sardinia. The apartment can be reached by going beyond the industrial area of Olbia and is located on an isthmus of land between the greenery of the Mediterranean maquis and the beautiful beaches of the hamlet of Pittulongu. The house is located in a very large place and the lack of obstacles restores vivid horizons to the view on which the characteristic Gallura mountains are shyly outlined.

This heaven of privacy and serenity is surrounded by a delightful, well-kept lawn shared with the other unity of about 1000sqm, bordered by the sea itself. For lovers of adventure, there’s a pier and some canoes, useful for pleasant sea trips. Moreover, the house has a small, secluded private beach located on the left side of the property. Furthermore, there’s a number of other equally secluded inlets that are easily reachable in a few minutes on foot. The house features a panoramic veranda equipped with a bbq and projected to enjoy the pleasures of conviviality outdoors and savour the delicious scents and infinite colours that paint the summer sunsets of the Gallura mountains.

Sun Bay house is a newly built house (2022) characterized by a great brightness and furnished in a simple and welcoming style. At the entrance, an iridescent open space with sofa and fully equipped kitchen and with large windows opens onto the panoramic veranda and a breath-taking landscape. Overall, the house has two double bedrooms furnished in light colours which, starting from the exposed wood of the roof, expand, giving brightness to the furnishings and the house as a whole

In the event of arrivals after midnight, the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff, and an additional fee of up to €150 will apply.



NOTE: in case of cancellation within the terms in which a refund is due, the handling fee of €25.00 will be deducted in addition to the transfer costs
