The sleeping area includes one double bedroom and a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, both designed for a restful night’s sleep. The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, and coffee machine, ideal for preparing meals independently. • In case of damages or rule violations, we reserve the right to withhold an amount to cover related costs.

Booking Details

• Klodge accommodations are private properties rented under a tourist lease, pursuant to Italian Law 431/98 and Article 21bis of Regional Law 16/17 (Sardinia).



• Being private homes, they do not follow hotel standards and may have minor imperfections that do not affect functionality.



• Klodge is a professional real estate agency specialized in short-term tourist rentals.



• Essential services (final cleaning, initial linen) are provided by third-party companies and are charged to the guest.

Online Check-in and Contract

• After booking, online check-in is required (upload of ID documents and selfies for all guests).



• Data is processed in compliance with GDPR regulations.



• A tourist rental contract must be signed. The contract will be in Italian; an English courtesy copy will be provided.

Key Collection

Keys and documents are delivered at the Klodge Reception – Via Pescara 11, Olbia, a few minutes from Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport.

Waste Sorting

A door-to-door recycling system is in place. Please purchase the appropriate waste bags and dispose of all garbage correctly before departure.
