The room was very nice, spacious. Some of the lights didn’t work. No ironing board. No A/C, warm despite fans being provided. Laundry on site a plus. Bed was not very comfortable.

Quiet beach spot but within walking distance of all the action. Condo is comfortable and easy to communicate with host.

Nice Ocean View

A beautiful beach view from the lining room. We took a few day trips to nearby Portland, Kennebunkport, and Ogunquit which were very enjoyable. A few concerns with the property were the WiFi response was poor, the TV in the bedroom was not connected to cable, and the cable channels offered in the living room were minimal with most basic channels displayed as locked.

Great location on OOB beach

Condo was situated directly on beautiful beach. Only problem was no air conditioning in condo. Very uncomfortable trying to sleep. Would suggest portable AC units. Fans provided circulated hot air. Manager stated sea breezes cool off condo. Unfortunately not. Son and two grandchildren left condo to check into a hotel with AC for planned one night stay

Cozy Ocean Front Condo

This is a nice ocean front one bedroom condo in a secure building. The view from the 4th floor is amazing from every window. While it does need a little updating, the washer/dryer in unit is an added plus! The host Julie was readily available to answer our questions and promptly fixed a minor issue. We look forward to returning in the near future! John C

We love this property for its location, beachfront and close to pier. Great for walking to eat, shop and play. Condo is well equipped and comfortable. Great beach views from unit and balcony. Easy entry with codes, no keys to lose. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided. Nothing missing. Well maintained building, luggage dollies, trash chutes on each floor, foot wash. Outdoor seating in shade or sun. Property manager responded quickly when we had questions.
