The spacious bathroom offers a refreshing shower for guests after a relaxing day at the beach. We look forward to welcoming you to our place. This is a second floor rental unit. A short walk to the sandy beach, oceanside boardwalk, seaside amusement park, shops and restaurants. ***NO SMOKING***

FUN TIME!!!

The resort was fun and 308 helped make it better. The room was bright and inviting. It was nice to have a kitchen. The bed was comfortable and the bath towels were nice. Communication with Tony was fast and easy. We will definitely stay again!!

Little Harbor stay

We really enjoyed the location even though all of the restaurants were not open because of Hurricane Helene"s aftermath. The unit was very clean. The kitchen update was nice. It would have been helpful to have drawers in the nightstands in addition to the closet to place clothing items since the unit isn't large enough for a dresser. The host, Tony, was very responsive.

Immaculate, newly renovated, and nicely appointed with on property restaurants you can walk to. This was the perfect getaway for my husband and me, and Tony was extremely responsive to my inquiries. I highly recommend it!
