The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a spacious living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with adjoining small utility room and 2 bathrooms. A hatch from the kitchen to the dining area is particularly practical.

With approximately 117 m² of living space, the apartment offers plenty of space for families with children, couples or friends who are looking for a relaxing holiday in the sun. Connected to the apartment are a community pool and a parking space in the underground garage. Two lifts bring you comfortably to the apartment. It has air conditioning. The air conditioning system not only cools in summer, but can also be used as a heater in the winter months.

The apartment is in a prime location by the sea and the lagoon belonging to the Ria Formosa Natural Park.

Fuseta has 2 beaches. It is only a short walk from the apartment to the beach in the lagoon. This beach is particularly suitable for small children because there are no waves of the sea in the protected lagoon.

The second beach is located on the island of Armona in front of the Fuseta with its kilometers of fine sandy beach, which invites you to a hike. You can get here with ferries that run at short intervals, especially in summer. The crossing takes only about 10 minutes.

Fuseta itself is a small fishing village, but offers everything you need. Bank, post office, pharmacy shops, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. Fuseta also has a covered market where you can buy fresh fish, meat, fruit and vegetables every day.

Fuseta train station is just 100 meters from the apartment. By train you can also explore the attractive city of Faro, the winding Moorish Olhão or the Roman city of Tavira.

Sports activities such as windsurfing and kitesurfing are also possible in Fuseta. Those who like to play golf will find the nearest golf course a few minutes' drive from Fuseta.

Wonderful apartment

Apartment is in the middle of a very nice area. It is possible to take walks in the salines, to the ocean and village, just perfect. Janina was super nice and helpful. Warm wishes to her in Fuseta!

Great Spot

Great location. Within walking distance to several restaurants, cafes, bakery, the Municipal Market and the beach. The train station was about a 2 minute walk making travel within the Algarve quick and easy. Our host was quick to reply to any questions or concerns we had. She met us upon arrival and walked us through the condo and gave us a tour of the facility. It was a lovely place and we would recommend it to anybody. We hope to return someday.

Fantastic apartment, everything we needed for a relaxing break

Apartment is smart, clean and well furnished, but we spent most of our time at the pool/beach/Fuseta Island, the restaurants in the port or just sitting outside a cafe - it's a very unspoiled area. When not in Fuseta we used the train (Fustea A train station is less than 100 metres from the apartment) to visit Tavira/Olhoa/Faro - no need for a car, just lots of change and a bit of patience as the trains often run a few minutes late. Janina was easy to contact the couple of times we needed to contact her, but she left us to get on with our holiday and the apartment. We really enjoyed the holiday and would definitely return if in the area again and apartment available.

Great stay!

My husband and I spent four weeks here in October/November and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is located in a quiet complex at the edge of town within easy walking distance of the centre of Fuseta. Fuseta is a typical small Portuguese fishing village away from the tourist masses, but has everything you need in walking distance, with a good choice of shops and nice places to eat and drink. We loved the fish restaurants and the ambiance of the village. It is only a short drive to the charming towns of Tavira and Olhao as well as to some of the most beautiful beaches we have ever visited. The apartment itself was spacious (two bedrooms with comfy beds, plenty of wardrobe space, two bathrooms, large kitchen…), clean and comfortable and very well equipped with everything we needed (washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, television, wifi, ...). The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped with all you could need for cooking and well stocked with everything from glasses, cups, plates etc. Many thanks to Janina for an enjoyable stay, we very much hope to return sometime.

Wonderful location and hospitality

Our first visit to Fuseta was a delight and having such a nice home base was a huge part of it. Communication with Janina prior to arrival was excellent and during our stay, too, she proved to be a fantastic host. The apartment was exactly as described and pictured: roomy, well-appointed, tastefully decorated. The air conditioning was much appreciated on occasion but usually there was a lovely breeze to keep the house naturally cool. We especially appreciated the parasols and huge soft beach towels for our days out on the shore. The pool was perfect for 'early' morning swims. Such a treat to hear various shorebirds calling just on the other side of the garden fence during low tide. Even though there are plenty of good restaurants in Fuseta, it was great to be able to cook at home, too; shopping at the farmer's & fish market and supermarket made us feel like locals. We couldn't have asked for a better location: so easy to walk and bike everywhere. Obrigado!

Great appartment!

Janina is a very nice host and the appartment was perfect. It's very spacious, well equipped and confortable. We always walked to the village and to the lagoon or the ferry terminal to get to the beach. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the balcony very much. If staying in Fuseta, we'll choose this appartment again! :)
