For shared use: garden (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool round (10 m diameter, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Children's pool, outdoor shower. In the house: lift. Single garage. Supermarket 500 m, restaurant, bar, café, bus stop 400 m, railway station 20 km, ferry 20 km, sandy beach 200 m, indoor swimming pool 300 m. Golf course (18 hole), tennis 400 m, riding stable 1.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Points forts : Propreté

Bien pero mejorable

El apartamento es amplio y lo dan bastante limpio. Estå a 5 minutos de la playa andando en un barrio muy tranquilo. La urbanización muy cuidada y limpia, al igual que la piscina en la hay muy poca gente, muchas veces estås solo. Pero es verdad que con un poco de inversión mejoraría bastante, por ejemplo: faltaría un toldo o sombrilla en la terraza para no desayunar con sol por la mañana, el colchón de matrimonio se clavaban los muelles (por suerte nos quejamos y pusieron uno nuevo), los colchones pequeños estån muy viejos también (deberían cambiarlos), el menaje de cocina es escaso y parte en mal estado (sartenes, cazuelas, ni un cuchillo que corte). Una pena también que no tenga aire acondicionado, ya que tiene pre-instalación. Por otro lado, te encuentras detalles buenos que no vienen en el anuncio: hay hamacas en la terraza, sillas para la playa, una pequeña sombrilla de playa, tostadora nueva y lavadora-secadora. Por lo tanto, hemos pasado unas vacaciones muy agradables pero con un poco de inversión serían de 10.

Very good location, next to a lovely beach

The apartment is spacious with a nice terrace and garden-pool area next to a lovely beach. ItÂŽs a bit minimalist in terms of equipment, e.g. kitchen equipment could be updated and have a few more basics like a toaster, juicer, etc. A few more lamps around and a coffee table for the living room but everything worked fine: wifi, TV, etc. ItÂŽs a great location for a relaxing beach holiday with Denia nearby: well worth a visit.
