Manoir Montesano is an elegant, four-storey Swiss villa for eight guests, with four bedrooms and four bath shower rooms.

The four bedrooms are all spacious and bright, and two have doors to a balcony. One has an en suite shower room and there are two other shower/bathrooms. Beds in two of the rooms can be arranged as a large kingsize or two singles, making it perfect for children or couples.

There's plenty of space to get together at the villa, with the ground floor devoted to a more formal area. The well-equipped kitchen is here, with a large dining table where everyone can eat together and a stylish seating area with a sofa in a turret area. Beautiful glazed doors open on to a furnished balcony where you can enjoy cocktails or perhaps coffee after your meal.

Things are more relaxed on the lower ground floor - a huge cosy sofa and chairs are arranged around a large widescreen TV,  and there's a round dining table in the turret area with chairs and bench seating. There's a games room on this floor as well as a drinks fridge, the sauna and a shower room and WC. If you'd rather work out than relax, there's a gym on the first floor.

Outside, there's a large terrace with a pool/table tennis table and steps down to a pétanque court. The garden is terraced but there's a grassy area shared with neighbouring apartments where children can plan, and guests have access to shared tennis courts.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

PLEASE NOTE
If you cancel your booking and are due a refund, we will deduct any third party payment processing or foreign exchange fees related to the booking that we have been charged from the amount refunded.
