• 1,100 square foot corner condominium with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, and living area with gas fireplace, private balcony, washer/dryer and queen sleeper sofa. The condo has a portable air conditioning unit.
• The main bedroom has a king bed and full bathroom, desk, television, and balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a second full bath, desk and TV.
• The living space has a sofa (queen sleeper sofa), television, and DVD player.
• The kitchen includes utensils, full refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker stove top and an oven.
• The Two Bedroom Condominium accommodates 3 to 6 people.

The two bedroom condominium #813 is a unique corner unit with a little more room and some colorful accents. It provides four-season access to plenty of fun. Ski-in/ski-out to the Palisades Tahoe Resort, an abundance of golf courses – one course is very close – year-round dining, shopping, Lake Tahoe access and more!

The updated condo has a colorful open living space that is the heart of the whole unit. It has a bright spacious living room; a wonderful, relaxing place to bring everyone together. The fireplace adds to the ambiance. The sofa (queen sleeper sofa) and red chairs welcome you. The large coffee table can easily accommodate après enjoyment, and a few extra for dinner if necessary. The living room television is mounted on the wall in case it is needed.

The dining table for four is adjacent to the roomy kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters. Both are close to the living area creating a glorious gathering zone for terrific stories of the day, games and some après fun.

This is also where you can step onto the balcony and soak in the views of the courtyard and of the mountain. It is a great spot to unwind, for sipping hot cocoa or enjoying a glass of wine.

The portable air conditioning unit sits in the living room to help take the edge off if there are any hot Tahoe days.

The two bedrooms are located on each side of the living room. The spacious main bedroom has a king bed, desk and workspace and a full bathroom. It also has a private balcony. Bedroom two has a queen bed, desk and workspace, and full bathroom. Each bedroom has its own television.

There is a washer and dryer in the condo as well.

Palisades Tahoe Lodge provides guests with plenty of great HOA amenities including a summer swimming pool, health club, hot tubs (indoor and outdoor), steam room, sauna and tennis courts. There is also covered parking.

It is a short stroll to the Village at Palisades Tahoe for dining and après or a quick drive to nearby summer Tahoe golf courses. In the summer the Palisade Tahoe Lodge pool can add to your enjoyment as can the other innumerable fun activities of Olympic Valley. You are also just six short miles away from beautiful Lake Tahoe.

In the winter you are mere steps from the heart of Palisades Tahoe’s fabled KT-22 chairlift, and 42 other chairs too!

Your rental is a contract for a single vacation rental condo, with one owner in a multi-floor property. We are unable to reassign guests and adhere to all stated cancellation policies.

PLEASE NOTE: Unless you reserved a condominium equipped with a portable Air Conditioning unit, your condominium DOES NOT have Air Conditioning.

Parking is available for vehicles under 90 inches tall in the covered garage. Guests with oversized vehicles or trailers are responsible for securing their own off-site parking.

**When Palisades Tahoe Resort is open with sufficient snow, Palisades Tahoe Lodge offers true Ski-in/Ski-out access to world-class terrain. Mountain conditions, lift operations, and opening or closing schedules fluctuate with weather and are determined solely by Palisades Tahoe Resort – a different company altogether. Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals and Granite Peak Management do not oversee mountain operations. Refunds or re-booking are not available for weather related travel issues or resort closures.

* Please be advised that the building containing this condo is scheduled to undergo exterior painting beginning May 18th, with an estimated completion date of June 4th. During this period, contractors will be performing painting work primarily on weekdays between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. To protect the exterior windows during the painting process, temporary coverings may be placed over certain windows during work hours. However, for condos occupied over the weekends, these coverings will be removed to allow normal window access and visibility.
