POLICIES & DISCLOSURES
1. Maximum daytime and nighttime occupancy is 10 people, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age. Sleeping arrangements for 8.
2. Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles. Please note that only 1 garage bay is accessible, with 2 additional parking spots in the short driveway in front of both garages. If you have a large truck or SUV, be aware that the fit may be tight. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. The property is in a very high snow load area, 4WD is highly recommended.
4. The home a few doors down is currently under construction for Fall 2025. Some noise and nuisance is possible. Please inquire for details.
5. Internet access in Alpine Meadows is known to be slow compared to urban standards. Refunds will not be issued for internet service interruptions.
6. Stair Access: Guests should note there are several dozen steps from the driveway to reach the main floor.
7. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.

Really a unique house, lots of character, great location. The rental company has a lot of old school policies that are a bit of a hassle. The property, though really cool, needs just a little TLC to get it back up to it's former glory. Window shades that don't work, elevator that doesn't work, fire pit that doesn't work...

New Years Vacation

Our group had a great time at this house. It had plenty of space for everyone and. Great living room to gather in. Plenty of bathrooms and beds for a group of seven.If I could improve anything, it would be to increase the lighting in the kitchen and the master bathroom. Both were very dim. We also got locked out of the house when using the hot tub. We didn’t know the door would automatically lock on us. We managed to get back in after asking a passerby to come into the house to let us in. The last thing is that we had a difficult time finding the bedroom that was out of the house a few steps.Overall a nice stay.
