Top floor end unit with vaulted ceilings and views of Shirley Canyon.
Steps from ski lifts.
Fully furnished, this unit comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests - perfect for a small family or two couples.
* Master bedroom features a king-size bed, spacious closet, ceiling fan, TV and blackout shades.
* Living room includes a new queen size sleeper sofa with Tempur-Pedic memory foam mattress, cozy gas fireplace and air conditioning.
* Full kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, range, toaster, coffee maker and more. Fully equipped with cookware and dishes.
* Private balcony on top floor, end unit with mountain views.
* 2 LED flatscreen TVs, Wifi Internet, Cable, Blu-Ray DVD player and Chromecast for streaming media.
* Outdoor rooftop hot tubs with views of the ski mountain.
* Parking for one vehicle is included in the gated underground garage with elevator access.
* Condo is located in building 5 (newest) of the Village at Palisades Tahoe.

Other amenities include: sauna, fitness room, private ski locker, laundry room, gated bike storage, media room with big screen TV and game consoles, children's game room and pool table.

Built in 2003, The Village at Palisades Tahoe is a lively European-style pedestrian village with restaurants, shops, yoga studio and nightlife just steps away. Catch some live music in the Village Plaza or warm-up and roast marshmallows in one of the four fire pits. Come enjoy the ultimate 4-season mountain resort!

During the winter enjoy world class downhill skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, sledding, snowmobiling, dog sledding, snowshoeing, and ice skating.
Spring, summer and fall activities at or near the resort include hiking, biking (trail and mountain), horseback riding, tennis, golf, rafting on the Truckee River, and boating, sailing, kayaking, and swimming on beautiful Lake Tahoe.

Our condo is independently owned and operated. As such, we try to offer this property for less than booking directly with the resort. Daily housekeeping is NOT included in these discounted rental rates, but can be arranged directly through us should you desire for a fee. Advance notice is needed.

Michael & Karen's Palisades Tahoe Condo

We had a great stay. Top floor unit at the end of the hall. Liked being on top at the end of the hall with only one adjacent unit...very quiet. The deck was private with a nice view. The hosts sent "keys" early. Checked in after our arrival to see if we needed anything. Bed was comfortable, nicely furnished unit with well-equipped kitchen. Everything was in good working order. No issues with anything. Thank you for providing a clean home for us to enjoy our vacation.

The room we stayed in was fine it was the lack of dining and amenities. The concierge didn’t know much. All the hot tubs were broken and they didn’t know why. One person said the laundry machine closed at 9 and another said it was open all night. People were friendly

Fantastic property, owners were quickly responsive and very kind. Had everything we needed and access to more than we could have wanted. Nice and quiet over the summer. Beautiful Mountain View and within an hour of pretty much all the hotspots around Tahoe. Really fantastic.

Convenient and Comfortable!

Very easy to stay in this wonderfully located property. We loved the view of the mountains from the window and deck. The apartment had just about everything we needed and was very comfortable and easy to use. Clean, convenient, and comfortable throughout our stay!

Just as described!

As indicated in all the other 5-star reviews, this condo is very clean with excellent appliances, super comfortable and convenient to everything Palisades has to offer. The stocked kitchen provided all those little necessities that make cooking and storing food very easy. Hosts Michael and Karen provided detailed, easy-to-follow instructions and were quick to respond to any question. This is definitely a condo we would be happy to return to.

Perfect! Short walk to lifts

Recent furnishings including carpet, window coverings, furniture, king bed and, comfortable pull-out couch queen bed (I didn’t think it was possible for a pullout couch bed to be so comfortable). Well stocked kitchen. Instructions easy. Accessible host/owner. Five star rating was a no brainer.
