Atrium, Fitness Center, On-site Restaurants, Coffee Shop, Lower-level arcade, Washer & Dryer and private entrance.

For parking we have three primary recommendations. There's quite a bit of street parking available nearby. Street parking is metered Mon-Sat from 9am-9pm, if you forget to pay a meter the penalty is only $10, so some decide to go that option. There is a parking garage (pictured) directly behind our building, which is $17/day. Finally, there's a parking garage 2 blocks away at 11 & Jackson (OmahaPark Four), it's approximately $4/day, however you're unable to park there Friday evening and Saturday morning due to the Farmer's market taking place there.

This loft features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the master bedroom you'll find a spacious walk-in closet, private bathroom and king bed. In the second bedroom you'll find a queen bed and walk-in closet.

The living room space features a sofa sleeper (small pullout large enough for 1 adult or 2 children) extra wide 80" TV and plenty of space to relax.

For in room entertainment you'll find super fast WiFi along with a Smart TV, blu-ray player. small collection of movies and digital cable. The Cinema loft also features a 25 cent classic arcade machine.

The full kitchen, with sold surface counters and a large eat-in island, includes a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, dishes and cooking essentials. Also in the suite is a washer and dryer.

An in-room digital thermostat is at your fingertips to adjust the AC/heat up or down to your liking.

Also available to guests is our second floor fitness center, third-floor atrium and three distinct restaurants on the first floor and a lower-level arcade.

Parking garages are available. Transportation available through Uber, Lyft, and Taxi service. Bus service within 2 blocks.

Perfect space and perfect location.

We loved this space! Plenty of room for a family of 5. Great location to walk to the College World Series games and to explore downtown. Public parking garage across the street is handy. It was a little noisy early in the morning with construction and dump trucks. Overall great experience.

There was police activity, yelling, and loud clanging of dumpsters every night- all night- in the back alley which our window faced. Also the coffee pot hadn’t been cleaned and was growing mold in the old coffee filter!

This apartment is in a beautiful historic building in the Old Market area of Omaha. It is very cool, was very clean, and plenty of room. We were in town for the MCWS and it is within walking distance of Schwab Field. There is a parking garage right beside it so parking was super easy. Lots of great restaurants on the same block. We ate at Blue Sushi, The Table and Billy Froggs while we were there. All were completely different and completely delicious. I would highly recommend all of them. The apartment management was very communicative & accommodating when we needed to extend our stay by one night for the final game of the series and provided us with additional laundry soap when we needed it.However, the bed in the master bedroom is very uncomfortable. Lumpy and squeaky and has divots on both sides from what I assume is from years of use. It needs to be replaced immediately. The bed in the guest room is great. For the price we paid I would expect a bed that wouldn’t leave me with body aches in the morning and provide a better night sleep. We did not do any cooking while we were there. The kitchen has some cooking utensils and pots & pans but it is pretty sparingly equipped for any real cooking. I did not see any dishes to use in the oven or baking sheets or the like. We would stay here again if there were a new bed in the master bedroom.
