This is my favorite hotel in Omaha and I felt very let down this time. I ended up staying in the hospitality suite for the first time to try the nicer room and was disappointed with the condition of the carpet not being vacuumed very well, i have a 8 month year old son who is crawling everywhere and I didn’t feel comfortable letting him crawl around in the room. There also was a suspicious wet spot in the bed room in front of the tv that I stepped in unexpectedly. And lastly the breakfast there is usually perfect but when I got up at 7 to go eat my omelette it ended up getting peppers and onions in it mixed in from the guy in front of me, and I don’t like them so that ruined the omelette unfortunately. And lastly around 8 after we got back to the room and the baby just fell back to sleep some kids kept banging on the door every 15 to 30 min happened 3 times and woke the baby up, Everytime. So I’m highly disappointed in this stay, felt like a waste of money instead of a relaxing night out in Omaha.

The room was awesome. The hotel was immaculate. The hotel staff were very kind and friendly. We had a great stay and look forward to returning. The only question I had was I was charged for internet and thought that was complimentary.

Great staff. The bartender and lady replenishing the chips and stuff at the evening reception were outstanding. The only need was the pullout couch was needing a newer mattress.
