Have stayed here in the past and keep coming back. Reasonably priced and clean makes it difficult to pass up. However, on our most recent stay, I was disappointed to learn upon check-in that the pool was unavailable due to remodeling. This was not noted when reservations were made through Expedia. The actual Hampton Inn website did have a disclaimer, however. Lesson learned, I'll always check the hotel website first if going through online travel agent. I passed on a less expensive hotel closer to my destination due to it not having a pool.

Fantastic staff!! Laila was dealing with check in and a bunch of kids from a soccer tournament running around. She was professional, courteous and checked us in as quick as she could. Room was great. Quiet, comfortable and clean. Shower was amazing. Great place to stay if you are I. The area!!!!

There were two real drawbacks to this stay. Not sure when this hotel was built but the acoustics inside floor walls everything were extremely thin and made noise even when you walked from one part of the room to the other. Also in the bathroom the commode was probably the smallest commode height wise that I have ever seen. Also there was no grab bars around if a person wanted to stand up from the toilet. The staff was good in accommodating but I would not stay there again

I took my 3 month old grandson and his mother along with 2 more of my kids to the Omaha Zoo for 2 days and this place was so conveniently located to not only the zoo but walking distance from several eating establishments as well. Would definitely stay there again. The only complaint we had was the musty smell in the pool area other than that great hotel with a great breakfast and staff
