Horrible sleep, super noisy
Horrible experience, worst sleep of my life. All I needed was a good night’s rest, as I was attending my aunt’s funeral the next morning, but the heater sounded like it was going to explode all night. Even when I turned it off, it was still making a horrible loud noise and kicking on every 2 minutes. Additionally, there was no peephole cover, which is concerning as I am a female who was traveling alone. I alerted front desk of the issues and was told there was nothing they could do. I also emailed the general manager Chantel Brown and she was not helpful either. I will not stay here again and would not recommend others do either.
