Staff was not very friendly. The condition on the hotel overall was run down. The highlight of the property is supposed to be the waterpark but honestly the pool seemed dirty and was a little cold. The play place had none of the water features working on it and it really just felt kind of rundown. The bed in our room needed to be adjusted so it actually sat on the box springs underneath. The pull out couch was stained and the mattress was extremely lumpy. Even the hallways of the hotel just felt a little dingy. The burger restaurant was severely short staffed and the kitchen staff seemed to be a little incompetent with ordering cause they were out of so many things. The. If you went to the froyo place next door, there was no one to staff it because the two girls running the bar/restaurant were also supposed to be running it. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone and the girls in the front of house at the restaurant deserve a raise and some help!

Paid $339/night for this hotel and it was awful!! Remote TV didn't work, 2 lights burned out, garbage cans missing, sink wouldn't drain, 1 roll of TP that was already 3/4 gone, refrigerator couldn't even keep our sandwiches cold even on high. Also, the booking showed free breakfast. But because I booked through Expedia they wouldnt give us free breakfast vouchers! Never again will I stay or recommend this hotel

The staff was friendly, the pool is great loved the orange leaf and the burger theory. The down side was the room was dirty we cleaned up a bunch of trash told the gentleman at the desk and he said there wasn’t anything they could do since we booked three hotels.com. I think if you pay for a room it should be cleaned no matter where or how you book it.

Room was clean and comfortable, although the temperature was 77 upon arrival and took a long time to cool. We arrived around 6 pm and there were well over 25 people in the hot tub. There were well over 60 kids screaming on the water slides and pool. We left the waterpark after 30 min because it was so loud and crowded with multiple kids birthday parties. The pool water was murky and brown, obviously dirty. We didn’t feel the breakfast that is the same as served at any other hot breakfast hotel was worth $15 when it’s usually free everywhere else. We were told $25 for our dog and they charged me $50 for no reason. He didn’t potty in the room or anything. I would actually never stay here again.

Homeless surrounded the outside of the motel one even dropped his pants to defecate in front of everyone. When we finally got to our room the toilet was stopped up with fences in it. They didn’t change our room as they had none but unstopped the toilet never cleaned it so it was nasty. The sheets were ripped and could not use the waterpark as non guest had filled it very disappointed

Waterpark was fantastic, hot tub was nice and hot. Along with the pool and pool area. All heated. Room with two king beds was nice. Didn’t opt to pay $15 for breakfast. Be aware, parking is $15 a night.

Regarding our flight situation the night staff were very nice and courteous. They got me and my little brother checked in right away and even gave us some cookies :) The room was really clean and comfy beds too. Would definitely recommend!
