There were a few good staff but they were completely overshadowed by one of the rudest, oddest front desk employees I have ever encountered. It was a very expensive stay and we had booked 3 rooms but it was not worth what we paid. I will not be staying there again and I would not recommend others to stay there until they get the staffing situation corrected and modify the prices.

We were late from cancelled flight. We were met with alot of resistance and front desk clerk was rude and condescending. (Terry or Kerry); she did seem overwhelmed and eventually was accommodating but not a good experience. Hotel was nice. Airport transportation was nice. Good location

Overall not great. Staff was nice and helpful! We reserved a two queen room, they were out so we had to squeeze 4 people into a one king bed room. Had MAJOR issues with our room keys, had to get new keys made about 7-8 times and the pictured of the property online were incredibly deceiving. Not a great part of town either. But I will add that the staff was understanding of our frustrations and worked hard to help ease our frustrations.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. It’s classy, the service is great, rooms are clean and spacious, and the hotel bar and restaurant is really good, too. This place also has nice touches like cookies and milk in the lobby at night, and cold water and coffee during earlier parts of the day.
