My family stayed from Saturday into Monday in two rooms. I want to start by saying the woman at the front desk was absolutely PHENOMENAL and beyond helpful (didn't get her name). We arrived on Saturday right before 3pm (check in) and got checked in super quickly. The issues started once we got to the rooms, the hotel was practically a mess due to construction ( no issues there, didn't really affect our stay) both rooms had tons of gross looking stains all over the carpets, neither room had hot water ( woman at front desk helped the most she could by giving us an empty room to shower in) then the internet was spotty at best and then totally went out for close to 12 hours. one of the rooms completely filled with marijuana smoke (woman at front desk was super helpful here too. and went to investigate where smell was coming from) the pool that they heavily advertised was closed and the gym was taped off. the breakfast consisted of soggy fries, hard sausage, yogurt and stale cereal. Both rooms had exposed wires from the air conditioners with a makeshift wood board under it to try to hide wires, holes in the walls and stained pillows and blankets, sticky desk and tables.

We stayed over a long weekend. We requested on the first morning of our stay for garbages to just be emptied and toilet paper to be restocked, we did not ask for our room to be fully cleaned or beds to be made or anything. Simply garbages and more toilet paper. We are a family of 4 and our kids are in diapers/pull ups so our garbages fill rather quickly. We were told we don’t qualify for any house keeping until the third day. I understand no new towels/no full room cleaning, but not being willing to at least empty garbages and refill toilet paper when requested by a paying guest is ridiculous. This is our second time staying at this hotel. We rebooked a second time because we enjoyed our first stay, will not rebook again after this lack of cleanliness.

For starters, the entire place smelled like marijuana. The lobby was freezing, the pool itself was warm, however the pool room was also freezing. There were open crack in like 4 of the windows above the pool and the windows to the outside. There was an ambulance in the main bay one day and the next day police in the lobby, which made me question the safety here. The breakfast was NOT good. When I asked for the protein option I was given cold sausage links and a boiled egg. There were cockroaches in our room. 3 in total that were found. There were many damages to the rooms, and a bandaid holding together wallpaper. The water temperature in my shower was slightly warm but would occasionally get blisteringly hot for about 30 seconds at a time. The key cards would not work in the doors pretty much every time we left the room. It is questionable whether or not my daughter had bed bugs in her bed because she woke up with bites. I travel a lot for work and this was by far my worst experience at a hotel ever. I would like refunded. I will never stay in another wyndham again.

So i went to take a shower last night and on the curtains i found black spots. Not just 1 or 2, it was about 20. My guess is its mold and they definitely need to change their shower curtains more often. Check in? Guy wasnt talkative and spoke very little and didnt say hello, welcome in. How are you doing? Etc. I noticed we didnt have a pen or a pencil in the room and so i went up to borrow one,, they said they didnt have any. Wouldnt be a bad hotel, but lower rating is always acceptable when you find mold in sometbing so easy to clean. Otherwise the rooms were fine and everytning was good

The staff was professional, welcoming, and always willing to help. The atmosphere was peaceful, the amenities were top-tier, and the overall experience was seamless. This is a homeless encampment. It wreaks of pot. I stayed there to complete a contract, and it was the cheapest around. It is dirty. The door to my bathroom was split. There are no phone chargers as in new hotels. And It's not part of Wyndham, that's deceiving. It's leased to a LLC that is going to merge with another LLC and then they will turn it into an assisted living facility. The owner and all the employees are illegal aliens. If you call and ask for towels they will not bring them. You have to request a room service and then they will leave a bath mat, one washcloth and two towels. The breakfast is waffles and hard boiled eggs. The fruit is apples. Always. There are some cheap pastries and small actives. I was walking to the dining room and happened to look down at a chair. I saw the lower rung on the chairs were all covered heavily in dust. Even after the one cleaning my room got the commode around the floor was obviously dirty. This place is gross and the clientele is horrid. I pulled up in the parking lot one day and smelled pot. I thought I must be crazy. But no, there were 2 adults standing by their car getting high. And I spotted a cockroach to top it off. The foreign clerks? Rude.

I booked this room for my daughter fleeing a scary situation and after I ubered her there the front desk clerk refused to let her stay because she only had her license on her phone and not in person and they refused to give me my money back. Claimed I CANCELLED IT!!! Now they won’t answer my calls when they see my area code.
