I would not stay at this hotel ever again. Our room smelled old and musty. There was an area in the ceiling that had buckled in and the plaster was coming off. I’m pretty sure it was moldy. We could not open the window to let in fresh air. The room was dirty. There was no blow dryer like you find in other hotels. And there was only 2 towels.

My mom, kids and myself checked in Wednesday night. Once we got to our room we noticed an unpleasent smell. The carpet was dirty and frayed and there was a wad of hair in the bathtub that looked like a rat. I went down to the front desk and requested a new room. Once we got to the new room we already could smell a difference. It wasn't perfect, but it appeared to be cleaner than the first. That morning we went down to breakfast and much to our surprise their hot breakfast consisted of waffles, bagels, toast and cereal. All of the tables were so sticky that once you put your plate down, it actually got stuck to the table. We also requested more towels as we only had 2 in the room. The front desk staff said they didn't have any and to check back. We did and still no extra towels. There was an ice machine on each floor however, only the machine on 6 was working. And even that one was falling apart. There must've been a leak in the bathroom above us because the tile ceiling was all stained and there was mold on the caulking in the tub. The hall between the front desk and elevator had a huge water problem and the carpets were soaked. We ended up leaving a day early because we couldn't get any towels. For 3 days we had to use the same 2 towels for the 4 of us. I requested a refund and was told I would be receiving one however, I have yet to see it. I would not recommend staying in this hotel.

Check in is at 3. we drove 8 hours and then had to wait on our 2 rooms to be ready when we arrived at 6pm. we (7 of us) had to stand around in the lobby for 20 minutes while they prepped our 2 rooms. Front desk lady said no to discount for keeping 7 of us standing around. Rooms had big carpet stains and mildew all over shower. photos are from just one room. cant wait to check out. only plus was no bed bugs. expected more from Wyndham.

My recent stay at this hotel was incredibly disappointing, marred by numerous issues from check-in to amenities. Upon arrival, despite booking a queen-sized bed, I was assigned a room with a full-sized bed. When I questioned this at the front desk, the staff initially confirmed it was a full, then immediately changed their story to "it's a queen" when I pointed out the discrepancy, refusing to acknowledge their prior statement. It became clear this wasn't an isolated incident, as other guests reported similar experiences. When I pressed for a partial refund to reflect the room type, I was met with an incredibly rude and frankly threatening response: "our policy is to not give refunds. If you want to keep being a problem, we can kick you out and sell your room to someone else and keep both $$." This kind of customer service is completely unacceptable. The room itself was in a deplorable state. It was clear it had not been cleaned before our check-in, as personal belongings from the previous guest were still present (I have photographic evidence). The bathroom floor was noticeably sticky, and there was an unpleasant, unidentified odor throughout the room. The mini-fridge had been left in defrost mode with the door open, resulting in a soaked floor from melted ice upon our arrival. Furthermore, basic amenities were lacking. The window curtain did not fully close, allowing a bright parking lot light to shine directly into the room all night. For three people staying in the roo

The Wi-Fi did not work during all three days of my stay. My repeated requests to fix the issue were ignored by the staff. The breakfast offered is very limited for a hotel of this level. The service provided does not match the price.

Are a/c was not on in the room, they did not even want to come fix it, my husband had to fund the power cord to the plug it in under a broken bored under the unit, no hot water to shower, the hotel dinner was never open, no breakfast, no clean towels to shower are second day, the room smelled, the hall way smelled so bad. You could not understand the staff. The smoke detector in are room started dying and it beeped and they would not come fix it as well.

Was only provided 3 towels for 2 days for me, my wife, and 2 kids. When asked for more towels was provided 1 more. Asked foe some more and they told me no. Showers were cold. Not only that anytime i passd through the lobby there were pther guest complaining about something. When first checking in as well was given no info on hours of amenities. Also cold breakfast was horrible.

Upon arriving, the hotel looked nice and clean. When we got room, the room looked and smelled good. However there was a large sticky stain/spot on the carpet in front of the window. We had to ask for clean towels on a few days. You would have thought that we were asking for the moon. Houseman, even though he had a lot of towels on his cart ... Told us we had to go to the front desk and get any additional towels. The breakfast was terrible! Only available until 9am and had no protein at all. They had nasty looking and tasting pastries. No cereal, fruit and were out of all juices except apple.

Hotel website says you can check in at 3:00, my room wasn’t ready until close to 8:00. My room smelt like cigarettes and did not look like it had been vacuumed at all, there were crumbs all over the floor. My room had no hot water when I tried to take a shower.

Check in experience was very negative. I was called inappropriate names by staff. Staff incapable of communication. I checked out within 15 minutes of checking in as I felt unsafe and feared retaliation. I asked for receipt upon checkout and and staff refused to provide. Will never stay here again. The hotel got my money, insulted me, called me names and provided no service. Not to be trusted.

Customer service was absolutely terrible, had to basically yell at the front desk to get sheets and pillows for my daughter pull out couch, found trash leftover under the couch when we pulled it out. The people that manage the place live on the second floor and cook in there, friday night they made curry and the whole second floor had a horrible odor in the hallway and creeping into out bed. Saturday they cooked fish so we got to smell stinky rotten fish smell all day and night. Extremely rude and unhelpful staff and managment, will definitely find a different hotel next time!
