This nice, two storey holiday house for 8 persons is situated in the picturesque village Cisla, just 8 kilometers from the Omis and beautiful pebble and sandy beaches. Calm and peaceful, surrounded with still authentic Dalmatian way of the life, this property will ensure your dream holidays. This holiday house has two floors with enough space for up to 10 persons. It also has nice 32 square meters pool with spacious pool area and terraces that will ensure your maximum privacy and enjoyment.
This holiday house consist of 4 rooms for up to 8 persons, it has 2 AC units for adequate refreshment during hot summer days/nights. Cozy living rooms, two kitchens and beautiful terrace with natural shade will make every moment of your holidays unforgettable. Super séjour

Merci Dina pour ce super sĂ©jour. La maison est trĂšs agrĂ©able, bien situĂ©e, et extrĂȘmement propre. Dina et ses parents sont des hĂŽtes trĂšs attentionnĂ©s qui font leur maximum pour que le sĂ©jour se dĂ©roule au mieux. Je recommande vivement cette location !

A lovely villa in a quiet location

We stayed at the villa for a week in August 2023. We had a really enjoyable stay. As we were 2 families we opted for this villa as it had 2 separate apartments which gave us the privacy as needed. Both apartments were cleaned to a high standard. The kids loved the pool and made full use of it. The setting is quiet and peaceful, away from busy Omis but near enough to the beaches and tourist attractions. There are 2 small supermarkets and good local restaurants within driving distance, which was convenient. I would highly recommend it.

Beautiful property and location

Spent an amazing week at the villa for our family holiday. Perfect base for us to explore this part of Croatia. Property was exactly as advertised. Dina and her parents were excellent hosts, meeting us on arrival and helping us book restaurant and excursions during our stay. Highly recommend.

Beautiful place, all very well

The house is in perfect conditions all very well equipped, clean and nice. Wonderful pool and stunning view. Really silent area. The host family is super caring and helpful. One remark: the terrace is open to the parking lot and therefore to the little street as well the garden is not enclosed to the fields (no fence). For us it was no problem. Unfassbar schöne Lage mit viel Raum fĂŒr Erholung

Wir waren mit 4 Kindern (12,8,4 und 2), sowie Oma und Opa und Tante und Onkel im August fĂŒr 2 Wochen in diesem Ferienhaus. Dina und ihre Eltern haben uns sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen und waren jederzeit fĂŒr uns erreichbar. Sie brachten uns regelmĂ€ĂŸig Feigen und Tomaten aus eigener Ernte und sahen fast jeden Tag (meist morgens, wenn das ganze Haus noch schlief am Pool und im Garten) nach dem Rechten. Dina buchte AusflĂŒge, half uns bei Fragen und sogar als das Auto streikte, war super schnell ein Mechaniker direkt am Ferienhaus, der uns aus der Patsche half. Mehr Gastfreundlichkeit als von Dina und ihrer Familie haben wir bisher nirgendwo erfahren. Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und fĂŒr 2 Familien gut aufgeteilt. Lediglich, dass die KĂŒche in der oberen Etage nicht bestĂŒckt war, könnte zu Probleme fĂŒhren, wenn 2 Familien getrennt voneinander kochen wollen wĂŒrden. Der Außenbereich lud tĂ€glich zum Relaxen und gemeinsamen Essen ein. Der Pool war sowohl fĂŒr die Kinder als auch fĂŒr die Erwachsenen ein Traum. Das Schönste an diesem Urlaub war aber die Lage dieses Ferienhauses. Die Fahrt nach Omis raubte uns immer wieder den Atem. Die Landschaft dieser Region ist einfach unbeschreiblich und Dinas Haus ist der perfekte Ausgangpunkt fĂŒr zahlreiche Unternehmungen in jeder Hinsicht. Bei Interesse gibt Dina auch immer tolle Tipps, welche Attraktionen zu empfehlen wĂ€ren. Alles in Allem ein absolut gelungener Urlaub fĂŒr GroßundKlein, in dem wir uns in das Land und die Leute verliebt haben und definitiv wiederkommen werden, dank Dina und ihrer wundervollen Familie.

Ein wundervolles Urlaubs-Domizil

Die Villa Zita liegt ca. 15. Autominuten von Omis entfernt im kleinen Ort Cisla, etwas abseits der nicht allzu stark befahreren Durchgangsstraße - VerkehrslĂ€rm war also kein Thema. Die nĂ€chste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist ein Studenac-Markt ca. 2 km die Straße in Richtung Omis entlang, fĂŒr einen Großeinkauf lohnt sich die Fahrt nach Split, wo mehrere große SupermĂ€rkte zu finden sind. Die Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten fĂŒr FreizeitaktivitĂ€en: Rafting, Zip-Lines, Climbing, Schnorcheln, Tauchen etc. Zu empfehlen ist auch ein Ausflug in den Nationalpark Biokovo. Ziele wie die Krka-WasserfĂ€lle sind in der Hauptsaison weniger empfehlenswert, weil sehr stark frequentiert. Wer an den Strand möchte, sollte ein wenig die KĂŒste in sĂŒdlicher Richtung fahren. Es gibt einige Buchten, die nicht zu stark ĂŒberlaufen sind und die Suche mit glasklarem, sehr sauberen Wasser belohnen. Das Haus selbst ist sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung ist nicht top-modern, aber es scheint stĂ€ndig investiert zu werden. Wir fanden im Erdgeschoss eine flammneue KĂŒche vor, die auf den Bilder noch nicht zu sehen war. Im Haus standen uns beide Wohneinheiten, jeweils mit eigenem Bad, Wohnzimmern und KĂŒchen, zur VerfĂŒgung. Beide Wohungen sind mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet, wobei sich am Ende des Urlaubs fast die gesamte KĂŒchenausstattung in der KĂŒche in der Erdgeschosswohnung befand - da wir meistens zusammen gekocht und draußen gegessen haben, war das die praktischere Lösung. Insgesamt fanden wir 5 Schlafzimmer mit 8 SchlafplĂ€tzen vor, dazu gab es jeweils noch zwei SchlafplĂ€tze in den beiden Wohnzimmern. Im Vergleich zu anderen HĂ€user ist der Pool großzĂŒgig angelegt und erlaubt auch ein paar ZĂŒge zu schwimmen. Der Holzkohle-Grill, in einem Anbau nebem dem Haus untergebracht, bietet ausreichend Platz. Unsere Fahrzeuge konnten wir vor dem Haupteingang in einem schattigen Carport unterstellen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der tolle Kontakt mit Dina, der Vermieterin des Objekts, und ihren Eltern, die sich liebevoll um Haus, Pool und den angrenzenden Garten kĂŒmmern. Wir wurden herzlich umsorgt, regelmĂ€ĂŸig mit frischen Tomaten und Feigen versorgt und hatten, trotz der sprachlicher Schwierigkeiten, sogar einen tollen gemeinsamen Grillabend mit ihnen und Dina. Fazit: wer gern ein wenig abseits der Touristen-Ströme Urlaub macht und neben der NĂ€he zum Meer zusĂ€tzlich ein tolles Berg-Panorama sucht, kommt hier sicherlich voll auf seine Kosten! Wir kommen gern wieder!

Absolutely fabulous stay and holiday, beautiful house in a beautiful setting.

From start to finish we had an amazing experience, the house was beautiful, and so so clean, had everything we needed. Perfect for two families sharing as both had apartments each. The hosts were the best we have ever experienced and could not have made us feel more welcome, home grown gifts on a regular basis and they welcomed us into their family. Dina went above and beyond organising trips out and local recommendations. We would definitely like to revisit again sometime.

Great Holiday

Dina and her family could not be more helpful, my flight was delayed for 20 hours and as we had the car hire my friends stranded at the airport. Dina waited for my friends to arrive assisting the taxi driver with instructions and took them to the local supermarket. Tips on the best beaches, restaurants welcomed, great communication. House well equipped, swimming pool area lovely and the view! The gifts of homemade cherry brandy, another local spirit (very strong) and home-grown potatoes the best we have ever tasted a great bonus. Local restaurants, Konoba Arja Gata what a gem, great location, if you want to order the specialities you need to get in touch with the restaurant and pre order one day before. Grill Maleni, massive pizza’s! Car is required the big ditches at the side of the roads alarming but you do get use to them. Trip up the Cetina River recommended, we hired our own boat and had lunch at Restoran Radmanove Mlinice, beautiful fresh trout. Hired a local taxi for a day trip to Split and managed to fit in all the sights in Diocletian’s Palace, Bell tower, 8.5-metre tall statue of Gregory of Nin by Ivan Meơtrović, rubbed his toe for luck and Froggyland (has to be seen to be believed). Great holiday!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, abgelegen vom Trubel, gut zum Erholen

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Kroatien. Das Ferienhaus und der Pool waren sehr schön und sauber. Die Vermieter waren ĂŒberaus gastfreundlich. Auch als ein Besuch in der Unfallambulanz nötig war, stand uns die Vermieterin hilfsbereit zur Seite. FĂŒr Familien mit Kindern, wenn man etwas abgelegen wohnen möchte, ist dieses Haus gut geeignet. Brot und Kleinigkeiten bekommt man im nahegelegen kleinen GeschĂ€ft. Die Fahrt nach Omis ist kurzweilig und wunderschön! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Amazing views!!

Such a warm welcome from Dina and her mum and dad, beautiful home grown food we’re gifted to us on arrival and throughout our stay. Fantastic communication before and throughout our stay with recommendations and even a gift for our daughter on her birthday. The villa is split into two self contained apartments, it was really comfortable and clean. Despite it being Hugh temperature we rarely had the air con on as was cool within. The views were just jaw dropping and was beautiful to see the sunrise in the morning behind the mountains. The pool area is fantastic. The only downsides we had were the wasps around the pool area and would have loved a wine glass for the evening, it’s just not the same in a tumbler! All in all the location was excellent it was a 15 min drive down to the centre of Omiơ and was well placed to explore the local area which we did a lot, we love Croatia, we loved the villa and Dina and family really are the perfect hosts, thank you so much!
